I am Lily Collins, and I am the newly appointed Warden of the Watchers. It has come to my attention that the Republic is seeking diplomatic talks with the Guard. I'm afraid your captain was not very generous when it came to details, and as such there's little we can say beyond: we are listening.
Let me introduce myself. I am Crayter Military Fleet Admiral Michael Richard. As i am counted as part of the goverment i believe i qualify for diplomatic talks as well.
It just cane to our attention while we had our conflicts, the reasoning behind was "Crayter Republic burns the planet Yuma" et cetera. However the truth is we are living alongside its ecosystem by constructing floating, artifical "islands". Therefore we would like to correct the misunderstandings between us.
Also we think that Gaians would be a beneficial...partner to us in various ways. Your pilots and ground units probably know guerilla warfare better than us and i think you are not that fond of Gallia bombarding entire planets and enslaving people, not to mention harming wildlife and the natüre of planets and terraforming projects ongoing.
Richard, out.

Please provide us with information you believe will change our outlook on your settlement of Yuma. There is too much bad blood caused by your actions on the planet, and any dialogue will be in vain untill you alleviate at least some of it.
I already told you the information i believe that could change your Outlook on our settlement of Yuma. We do not intend to harm the planet. In case of you somehow happen to expect that we will evacuate the planet, no, that will not happen. I would like to hear your ideas regarding... alleviating the bad blood.
By the way, one of the reasons we are trying diplomatic talks are the Corsairs suggested it. We recently started to working and trading with them, Such works includes re-greening Planet Crete with Yuma's rapidly growing plants.

I will allow myself to ignore your mention of work with the Empire. Words alone do not suffice as proof. We need to see how do you coexist with Yuma's native life. How do your islands function? Do they really have so little impact on the planet?
I would normally propose sending our own experts to examine the situation, but we have no reason to believe that they will be safe once on the surface. We will be glad to hear if the Republic can offer any sort of reassurance, however.
Well, thats where my expertise ends and Ryo Kase's begins. I am mainly a Military man after all. I can tell you how tools of destruction work, however i cannot the tools of preservation and creation. I am opening the channel to Ryo Kase as we speak.
I hope you two can work out the details.
In case of you decide to send a team down Yuma, you can have my word no Crayterian shall harm them. My word means a lot in our Republic. Be sure of that. People getting harm on Yuma is the last thing we want, regardless of their origin. Unless they cause serious trouble of course, i assume your team can behave reasonably.
Richard, out.

My name is Ryo Kase, Minister of Research and Development. I was patched in this transmission by Admiral Richards to answer to your questions.
When the Republic had been forced to leave Borneo, which as you know is no where near Yuma, we were forced to pack a lot of population in temporary places on Pecos, which again is not really a tropical planet. Due to those circumstances, we had to act in desperation, with the result which you know. On Pecos however, we managed to adapt and when our need was not that dire, we managed to think of a way to settle on Yuma.
As you know, due to still unknown factors, the plant life on Yuma is incredible but the fauna is not as dangerous, however we had not fully explore that part of it. But, in our exploration we learned to respect the planet as a whole and by doing so we discovered a pristine building space. The Oceans.
If you are unaware, on Crayter sector we managed something similar to an Oceanic planet, so we took out old plans and we started to build.
As for location we looked to areas that are at least 10 nautical miles from the coast and we placed it where there is no chance that aquatic fauna would be affected, which must say here would have need some experts from you but we learned.
The islands are build from an alloy designed specially to withheld against the saline factor and also not to pollute the waters, as we later discovered we could use it for a lot more.
For the energy, while every island is having their own generator, that is only use at a certain percentage as we learned to use the waves as a renewable source of energy. Every island is 80% self sustainable, having their own hydroponics and food supply as well as making sure that no pollutants reach the ocean we so got to love. The residue that cannot be treated or reused, is stored and used in the industry. A whole process was developed for that.
Now, if you think about the marine fauna and that we may build an island in one of their breeding zone, we have a surprise. The islands are mobile and for each ocean sector we are trying to match our movement with the fish movements, such as if they need to be in zone A and we have an island there we make sure the island move in zone B from which a different migration started. This was possible due to Minerva Station, which was the last important project she done before it was destroyed by the Outcasts and Nomads. During the tests and the months that passed, I must say that this course of action didn't seem to bother any migration.
As for your request to send your own experts, I agree with them having on the planet but you must know that they would be acting accordingly to the Crayterian Laws and more can be discussed later on.
We have a jewel and we want to protect it as best as we can, which would help us if you have any biologists available to take part in our 53rd scientific expeditions to the landmasses.
You are making a compelling case. However, I hope you can understand we cannot just take your word for it. We will have to verify your claims, preferably with a team of experts mentioned before. As we have failed to see anything unreasonable in publicly available laws of the Republic, we can assure you that our team would adhere to every regulation present, should you agree to receive them.
If there is nothing standing in the way, we would be willing to declare a temporary ceasefire for the duration of our investigation. As odd as it might sound, we would be glad to be proven wrong about your actions on Yuma.
I need to apologize but Minister Kase is currently not available due to private business. To not let the progress stop I was able to obtain the answers for your questions.
You and your people will get an assigned escort and the status of regular Residents of the Republic. For the time of your visit you will be given accomondation on New Thessalonica. Further on Minister Kase organised that you will be able to inspect six of our artificial islands. The six islands are split into a twosome for the diffrent types of their usages, in this cases agriculture, living and production.
Besides the less dangerous visit your group will be exploring the continents of Yuma in cooperation with our 53rd section. The main goal for this will be to create maps for each continent and gather informations so that we will gain a deeper understanding for and knowledge about them. While the expedition on the continents goes on there will be AIT assigned to guarantee the safeness of the members. As you may know Yumas fauna is rather hostile towards introducers, even though I personally hope that there won't be the need for the AIT to step in.
If there are still questions on your side I will try my best to answer them and finish the preparations for your arrival.
Minister Kase asked me to also inform you that we, as the Crayter Republic, welcome the chance you enable to us to learn about the new home we found. Especially since the majority of our people wish to preserve and coexist with the wild beauty Yuma has and hopefully will have. With that in mind we look forward to learn about what we can and need to do and to improve what we did and will do so that this beautiful planet will last, with us living there in harmony for generations.
I apologize for not being able to answer, got caught at New Athos, as we attached another module to the island.
As I can see, Violet covered all the points and now I am at your disposal for any other information you require. However, please be advised that anyone that will come will be under the same laws as our citizens and also background file would be needed, as it is with all of our residents and citizens.
