This is directed to the 5th fleet security division, Liberty Police Services, and Liberty Security Intelligence services.

Approximately 5 hours ago During a routine transit of the Bering system I encountered a heavily armed group of Separatist forces antagonising a Liberty Police Prisoner Transport craft with the system callsign XT-73. The ship appeared to be in distress and was being pressured into surrender. The Separatist forces appeared to be attempting to seize the ship. Please find attached the communications I was able to intercept at that time.

I was directed by Admiral Cleveland and Iowa command (5th Fleet) to send this communique
