Reporting in about recent activity in the Nomad worlds.
I went together with the sympathizing Corsair vessel CNS Reina Regente to hunt down large Nomad specimens for our little operation.
We both got dents into our hulls but that's to be expected from that region, all in all the operation went well and mister Rey received the different samples.
I do want to point out that a jump hole we have been using appears to be artificial in nature.
Upon closer inspection it emanates energies identical to those of Nomad lanes, it also only exists one way, once you go through, you cannot come back, this is how the Nomads can strike at different parts across the Edge Nebula and keep their lairs secure from intrusion.
As you know, I was assigned on an exploration mission in Sigma-13. I got there by using a jump hole connection in Sigma-17. The first station I detected was a known base of the corsair empire, the Lagos depot, which I considered a temporary checkpoint. What was noticable were fields full of Explosive gas pockets, scattered all around the system. Sometimes they hid old ship wrecks, staying still since the war with Rheinland. However they had nothing useful to salvage. Trade lane connection cut the system in halves, having a jump gate at both ends. Scanning told me one was leading to the Frankfurt system and the second one to Honshu. Two stations were placed on the lane system. Hegoland station and gas miner Naha, both belonging to the GMG. A gate wasn't the only way of getting to Rheinland. There was also a Frankfurt jump hole in the north-western region of it. Further away was a freelancer hideout, the Newport station, which looked magnificent and well supplied. Since the population of the system mainly consists of GMG, loads of gas miners and storages could be sighted near the explosive pockets, rich in exploitable gasses. A jump hole leading to Honshu was found as well. What surprised me the most was an outcast installation, resting near the Honshu jump gate, across an explosive pocket field. I had hard times dodging the agressive station turrets, but I fled back to safety in time. We should be exceedingly careful when passing this system, because of high outcast and GMG activity. They would not like our presence and shoot us down in the worst case scenario.
I have completed my assignment and I am glad to bring back important information.
I have a lot of data to work through so bear with me.
I have started my scouting patrol according with the following waypoint scheme.
As you enter Sigma 19 from the Sigma 17 jump hole, the Gikka Dust Cloud is the first landmark that greets you.
Herein you will find the jump hole to Sigma 17 obviously. and also the wreck of some Corsair craft, upon inspection it doesn't hold anything of value, and if it did, it has been taken long ago.
Moving on it's hard to miss the Hiryu Cloud, it's nothing but the largest nebula in the system, our friends from the GMG are highly active in this nebula, and apparently Core has a presence as-well.
Within the Hiryu Cloud you will find the Sigma 59 jump hole, the location has been saved on my navmap.
Battlecruiser Luna is a Core vessel hidden within the cloud, I only discovered it's location because it fired at me as soon as I got in range.
The most well known landmark in Sigma 19 is planet Hiran, luxury liner Hawaii is stationed in it's orbit, as Corsairs you should know what goes on here.
Gas miner 18. No information could be found about this specific gas miner, but for some reason my scanners decided it's somehow different from the rest.
Hola Amigos!
Due to unforseen events at our new home today, I am being forced to inform the high command of the Apostatas about a talk with the Gas Miners Guild. The conversation between myself and the Guild will be in the attachments. I decided that this was the best solution and take full responsibility for the consequences.
[17.03.2018 01:29:28] ApS|Fantasma: ?: GMG ship.. I probably know why, but please state your reason of approaching this station.
[17.03.2018 01:29:30] CONSOLE: Base Puerto de Nueva Hispania is under attack by GMG-Keiji:Namura!
[17.03.2018 01:29:48] ApS|Fantasma: ?: *He sighs* I guessed as much, what a shame.
[17.03.2018 01:29:51] GMG-Keiji:Namura: Corsair ship, you do not have permission to be in Guild space. Please explain your presence.
[17.03.2018 01:30:08] ApS|Fantasma: ?: My presence ? Well, how much time have you got, Guild guy ?
[17.03.2018 01:30:18] GMG-Keiji:Namura: Little, I am afraid.
[17.03.2018 01:30:27] GMG-Keiji:Namura: This must be brief, as my attention is required elsewhere.
[17.03.2018 01:30:29] ApS|Fantasma: ?: Then let me give you the short version.
[17.03.2018 01:30:34] GMG-Keiji:Namura: Please accept my apologies.
[17.03.2018 01:30:48] ApS|Fantasma: ?: We were pushed away from Crete, and are now seeking asylum in here.
[17.03.2018 01:30:55] ApS|Fantasma: ?: So this is Guild-space, right ?
[17.03.2018 01:31:13] GMG-Keiji:Namura: Indeed. The Sigma systems are claimed by The Guild and are subject to our laws.
[17.03.2018 01:31:28] ApS|Fantasma: ?: Then dear Gas Miner, we should solve this without guns.
[17.03.2018 01:31:28] GMG-Keiji:Namura: Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that this installation is not permitted and thus must be dismantled.
[17.03.2018 01:31:45] GMG-Keiji:Namura: Indeed. GMG is open to discussion on this matter.
[17.03.2018 01:31:45] ApS|Fantasma: ?: We are aware by now, but you got to understand that this is about the last place that we can hide at.
[17.03.2018 01:32:06] ApS|Fantasma: ?: If you look at it like this, this is what Crete used to be for us. Just more civilized.
[17.03.2018 01:32:30] GMG-Keiji:Namura: You do not subscribe to the Cretan way of thinking?
[17.03.2018 01:32:31] ApS|Fantasma: ?: I am sorry to ask you, but could you not shoot the base until we made preparations ?
[17.03.2018 01:32:41] ApS|Fantasma: ?: I absolutely don't, else I wouldn't be here.
[17.03.2018 01:33:05] ApS|Fantasma: ?: As you have very little time, let me give you the shortest version possible.
[17.03.2018 01:33:20] GMG-Keiji:Namura: This is not something we have encountered before. Of course, please accept my apologies.
[17.03.2018 01:33:23] ApS|Fantasma: ?: The group that resides in this base, also known as the Apostatas, had the goal of legalizing the Empire.
[17.03.2018 01:33:25] GMG-Keiji:Namura: I most welcome your story.
[17.03.2018 01:33:51] ApS|Fantasma: ?: And as they tried, they played with fire. And they got burnt, and this is the result of all of it.
[17.03.2018 01:34:29] ApS|Fantasma: ?: We are not like your usual Corsairs. And while I understand your laws and respect them as such, we didn't have another..
[17.03.2018 01:34:42] ApS|Fantasma: ?: Solution for our situation. This may just be temporary, but it is what we need right now.
[17.03.2018 01:35:11] ApS|Fantasma: ?: So if you could please not dismantle it until we made preparations, I would highly appretiate it.
[17.03.2018 01:35:56] ApS|Fantasma: ?: Now you know what this installation is, and why it is here. Please choose what you will do.
[17.03.2018 01:36:10] GMG-Keiji:Namura: I am afraid that the circumstances dictate this installation must be removed immediately.
[17.03.2018 01:36:29] ApS|Fantasma: ?: *He nods* That's a shame, may I ask why it has to be removed in this instant ?
[17.03.2018 01:36:30] GMG-Keiji:Namura: However, The Guild considers itself reasonable and is willing to discuss the matter further with your organisation.
[17.03.2018 01:37:08] ApS|Fantasma: ?: *He laughs* The Guild is considered as reasonable enough that they would understand what this base is used for.
[17.03.2018 01:37:37] ApS|Fantasma: ?: And as I have said already, the dismantling will probably be just a matter of time, even from our side, we need a bit more..
[17.03.2018 01:37:43] GMG-Keiji:Namura: I ask that you forgive our actions so far as the Corsairs have not been particularly friendly towards us.
[17.03.2018 01:37:50] GMG-Keiji:Namura: I hope this explains our stance so far.
[17.03.2018 01:37:57] ApS|Fantasma: ?: of that. Let us move the people off of it. Let us movev our ships to a new safe haven.
[17.03.2018 01:38:05] ApS|Fantasma: ?: I understand absolutely, but I have not shot you yet, right ?
[17.03.2018 01:38:20] ApS|Fantasma: ?: Instead I am trying to solve this as a normal, civillized citizen of Sirius.
[17.03.2018 01:38:34] GMG-Keiji:Namura: And we are prepared to hear your case.
[17.03.2018 01:38:54] ApS|Fantasma: ?: We can explain you as much as you want, but you will have to contact us over the Neural Net for that.
[17.03.2018 01:39:19] GMG-Keiji:Namura: Very well. Might you provide further information on how to ensure our message may reach you?
[17.03.2018 01:39:21] ApS|Fantasma: ?: I am a mere Teniente, which is around the lower ranks, and have little rights to disguss politics.
[17.03.2018 01:39:46] ApS|Fantasma: ?: You'll just have to Adress it and explain to us why exactly this needs to be removed, and until when, and what we could do..
[17.03.2018 01:39:56] ApS|Fantasma: ?: To perhaps prove the Guild that we are unlike the "normal" Corsairs.
[17.03.2018 01:40:53] GMG-Keiji:Namura: I understand your position.
[17.03.2018 01:41:16] ApS|Fantasma: ?: By now it is pretty obvious to me that this installation is heavily disliked by the Guild, yet I am here, not firing back.
[17.03.2018 01:41:16] GMG-Keiji:Namura: All things considered, I think the most appropriate way to proceed would be for your organisation to direct a message to
[17.03.2018 01:41:18] GMG-Keiji:Namura: ourselves.
[17.03.2018 01:41:31] ApS|Fantasma: ?: I'll forward that to the higher Command.
[17.03.2018 01:41:43] ApS|Fantasma: ?: Who may the message be adressed to ?
[17.03.2018 01:41:55] GMG-Keiji:Namura: Myself. Guildmaster Keiji Namura.
[17.03.2018 01:42:01] ApS|Fantasma: ?: That's noted.
[17.03.2018 01:42:23] GMG-Keiji:Namura: As previously stated, this installation is not permitted by Guild law and cannot remain, however The Guild will allow the
[17.03.2018 01:42:37] GMG-Keiji:Namura: benefit of doubt and converse with yourselves before taking any further action.
[17.03.2018 01:42:55] ApS|Fantasma: ?: I couldn't ask for more. That is very much appretiated.
[17.03.2018 01:42:59] GMG-Keiji:Namura: We may now have a difference of opinion but I trust that we may soon be able to come to an agreement.
[17.03.2018 01:43:22] ApS|Fantasma: ?: It sure must be humiliating to have an installation in your own space, your agression towards it is more than justified.
[17.03.2018 01:43:36] ApS|Fantasma: ?: But as you've mentioned, we will surely come to an agreement, sooner or later.
[17.03.2018 01:44:33] GMG-Keiji:Namura: Very well. The Guild shall agree to withdraw. I have one personal request to make in the meantime, should you be receptive.
[17.03.2018 01:45:13] ApS|Fantasma: ?: If it lies within the boundaries of my capabilities, *He nods* then my ears are open.
[17.03.2018 01:46:02] GMG-Keiji:Namura: This station is currently damaged. Its structural integrity has been compromised, but in a minor fashion that should not
[17.03.2018 01:46:10] GMG-Keiji:Namura: endanger its inhabitants.
[17.03.2018 01:46:20] GMG-Keiji:Namura: As a gesture of goodwill, we shall cease our assault.
[17.03.2018 01:46:47] GMG-Keiji:Namura: In return, I ask that Puerto de Nueva Hispania not be restored to 100% functionality.
[17.03.2018 01:47:08] ApS|Fantasma: ?: I will forward that to the High Command as soon as possible.
[17.03.2018 01:47:10] GMG-Keiji:Namura: I trust you understand this to be a compromise between our organisations that displays good faith on both sides.
[17.03.2018 01:47:29] ApS|Fantasma: ?: It is an absolutely fair demand.
[17.03.2018 01:47:50] ApS|Fantasma: ?: I will see what I can do about that, Guildmaster.
[17.03.2018 01:48:01] GMG-Keiji:Namura: We are most grateful and shall now withdraw. Your concerns have been noted and The Guild anticipates a message from yourselves.
[17.03.2018 01:48:14] GMG-Keiji:Namura: I apologies in advance for our conduct so far, I hope you may understand our logic.
[17.03.2018 01:48:24] ApS|Fantasma: ?: Once again, I can't express how grateful I am towards that decision.
[17.03.2018 01:48:50] ApS|Fantasma: ?: And yes, I absolutely understand, I doubt that there is anyone who would act much differently about a similar case.
[17.03.2018 01:50:40] GMG-Keiji:Namura: Very well. I shall now depart. Please enjoy the rest of your day.
[17.03.2018 01:50:54] ApS|Fantasma: ?: Safe skies, Guildmaster.
TRANSMISSION TERMINATED
Last words are for fools who have not yet said enough.
Buenos Dias Amigos,
The Meeting with Agent Krsnik of the Coalition was one I would consider a positive sign to our growing diplomatic trends.
Agent Krsnik offered to support the people of the Apostatas. He on behalf of New Moscow offered us refugee, a place to live peacefully, a place for education of our young and access to shipyards.
Their request was simple, to join and uphold the "Pact". The supposed grand alliance of the Omegas my people.
I'm rather convinced this should be our point of movement from this moment onward. A positive note is always something good to end upon on any meeting.
On other news, The Gas Miner Guild are ready for talks about our current home station. It's time to put aside our differences for the greater good.
The Blood Dragons have also gotten involved recently, I do believe more talks are in order.
Nothing more to report.
Stay strong Citizens of the Apostatas, your betterment is our demand, your will is our spear.
For Crete, for our people, For Hispania.
I accomplished my exploration of Omicron Theta mission today. The eastern section of the system is dominated by branches of the Edge nebula. Orinoco cloud in the north, Amarus cloud in the middle and Napo cloud in the south. Each nebula is filled with asteroids and hides an object. Orinoco cloud contains a jump hole entrance to Sigma-17, planet Vespus can be found inside the Amarus cloud and a jump hole, leading to the corsair homeland, Omicron Gamma, is located within the Napo cloud. These clouds surround a zoner installation, Freeport 9. That is not the only zoner base in the system however. There is another one called Corfu base, which is located not far from the Planet Pygar in the western half of the system. Besides the asteroid fields in nebulae, there are Sabana fragments in the north. The field has two jump holes in it. One leads to Omicron Kappa and the second one to Omega-55. That is all I managed to locate and hopefully it was everything we should be aware of.
Another recon mission complete. This time I was assigned to scout the Omicron Omega system, which is one of the core Corsair systems. Eastern section is dominated by two nebulae, both being offshoots of the Walker nebula. The Calborana field, which hides a jump hole entrance to Omicron Gamma, and the Unquera cloud with Rhodes shipyard inside. Apart from corsair installations, Johnson supply depot can be found next to the planet Lesbos. It belongs to Cryer. Not far away north is a Jump hole to Omega-41 located. Near the Santa Marina asteroid field in the west is a corsair base, Barcelona station. The Santa Marina field hides yet another corsair installation, Alexandria base, and Cayman jump hole, guarded by weapon platforms along with battleship Prox. That is all I have for you. You are free to see the summary.
Hola Amigos!
After being gone for a while, I was finally able to fly again. Today I have been flying with our newest recruit, and we went on a long route to explore sections of Sirius that we have not seen before.
We went from Omicron Theta through the Omegas, from there we went to Bretonia and then we went through what I found most exciting.. Gallia! After we had passed through Gallia, we went through the Taus and Kusari and back to sectors of space that we knew, the Sigmas.
On our travels we had one encounter with an unfriendly Amigo who ignored us as we asked him a few simple questions, as well as a base that was new to us in Cambridge. Everything that I have described will be visualized in the attachments.
Today is indeed a day to rejoice pilots. Operation Citizen was a resounding success amidst the chaos we faced in Omega-47 and Omega-52. All Apostatas Civilians have been safely taken to coalition space with assistance from SCEC to Omega 52, namely Planet Jiangxi. The operation began at Takkinai Depot Sigma 17 with the boarding into three Pilgrim Liners, namely the SCEC|ACT-EX1, SCEC|CPS-Pskov and the ApS|CT-Resistancia.
Escort was provided by the our very own personal and volunteers namely,
Lucas Gonzalez
Herman Diaz
Jose Cabello
Codename El_Bruha
Codename Charlie-90
The journey was mostly without much problems apart from reported engine failures from the the SCEC|ACT-EX1 up till Omega 47. The forlorn hope and Core openly attacked the pilgrim liners knowing full well their sensitive contents, an act which will never be forgotten.
Two pilgrim liners successfully made it to Planet Jiangxi namely SCEC|CPS-Pskov and the ApS|CT-Resistancia. The SCEC|ACT-EX1 transponder stopped functioning somewhere in the Omega 41 system. Search teams have been deployed to detected and assist the lost liner. Official records marking SCEC|ACT-EX1 MIA until further notice.
Here you will find attached the manifesto as sent from Captain Drake Fernández of the ApS|CT-Resistancia.
