Seconded. Me being a fan of the series aside, The name has been around for years, and if we're going to go by this logic, then let's just rip out half of the crap in Discovery. If we can't refer to external media, if we can't create characters inspired or based loosely on those from external media - EVEN WITH A JUSTIFIABLE IN WORLD REASON FOR DOING SO, and can't even NAME things after those from external media, all because of people pitching a fit about 'muh exceptions', then we might as well tell Alex and the Backend guys to pack it up and shut down the forums, server, wiki and everything else or we just nuke nearly a decade worth of lore and history, and to paraphrase Larry Foulke, Reset this damn game.

Why now, why over such an irrelevant thing and why not focus the attention on more important matters (literally anything else)? Raise a discussion about helping new players, increasing player interaction, how to encourage people to pirate more, rework of the POB system, anything that has an impact on making this game better for everyone. I could complain about the Humpback and CSF infocards, how we have green stars, how illogical Freelancer is, how mounted guns take cargo space or any other silly issue majority of people don't care about, but what's the point? Start being productive for a change rather than nitpicking the smallest of issues.
