First of all, the person never engaged, and second of all, he disconnected (and has yet to come back online, he's still missing) and your guy went in to kill him without a notice. Just seems really stupid to gloat about someone killing a non-combatant who crashed.
First of all. Two of you attacked me at once becuse the first guy couldn't hit me and since you both engaged I consider it a group fight. If he dissconected, I saw no post in the DISSCONECTED neither I didn't see a message becuse I was too busy trying not get killed by the two of you. Also next time somone randomly dissconects like this send the attacker a PM please. If it bothers you so much I will remove it tommorrow after having a talk with Lerdi. That is all I have to say in self denfence.

Just because I jumped in, doesn't mean he did -- he was watching the entire time, and you started to shoot him when the green message for disconnecting appeared. Also read carefully.
Is there a rule for not hitting any member of an opposing faction, when that said faction starts to open fire? As far as I saw here and there in pvp, there is no "bystander" stance. If you don't want to get hit, then don't go near where your enemy fights your mates.
PS: I can assure that nobody really cares how/when people die ingame. Face it or not, your guys die too. Coming to complain here about a report that some guy of yours died for w/e reason, is really low and shows a lot of "character" from your side. Being a good sport as always. Thanks.

Look, I'm sure your friend has one of those things called "Smartphone". When that happened to me and the net crashed I grabbed my phone and used mobile data to tell everyone I dissconected. I have a feeling that you read just the thing you want to read. As I said if it bothers you so much I will talk to Lerdi and then remove it. I don't want any bad things with this.

Why are you trying to judge anything when you weren't there?
Now, not everyone has a smartphone, and his area could be entirely down, (eg powercut, signal going off, I've had that happen to me before where I couldn't even use my phone's data plan) or that he had an IRL incident and got hospitalized or something.
I don't know why he's missing, but it's still a fact that he's missing. He hasn't come online.
Our factions are open enemies, correct? When you engage in an open fight with your enemies, you do not really note when they stop or.. whom comes to fight you or not. Your enemy makes hostile movements, you shoot the targets that can make your fight easier. Even your screens show that, you prepared to fire on him, and he chose to bring him down, considering him pvp dead anyways even if he got disconnected.
RPly is just. There is no issue here. He also states the he was fighting the three of you. Everyone would've done the same. And oh boy, I know when you are randomly targeted even if you don't shoot back.
PS: Again this is really ridiculous to complain about. I wait till you realize it.

Yesyes, sure, "inRPly" - he's doing nothing wrong -- as would most people in the servers, but he still engaged without a notice, which breaks the server rules. Doing things 'inRPly' in this server always leads up to sanctions in the end, but either way, it's still a dick move to kill someone who was clearly not in the fight.
If you can't see it , it doesn't mean it ain't there. I don't get it. You shot at me, I shot at you. Simple. I am 200% sure you would have done the same
