Can't speak for the devs here but given that the engine exhaust comes out of the rear part of those tubes, it's safe to assume those are the actual engines/combustion chambers for the ship's drive.
That being the case: where physically would the torpedo tubes fit then?

Please reconsider the placement of turret hardpoints on battletransports.
Their sizes are equal to BCs, but their turret range is limited to transports at around 1k with the exception being charons. Would be nice if you put them somewhere around the center of the ship so that their targetting wouldn't be screwed up by range difference.
EDIT: Not all battletransports currently suffer from this issue.

==================== Type: Ship Stats Bug: Anzu missing a second CD slot ====================
Since the Anzu was made an SHF, it should also have two CD slots like other SHFs. Currently, it only has one slot that can either be used for a snac/nova or CD.
==================== Type:Systems Bug: Gallic Royal Intelligence (GRI) Base, Battleship Embrun, Dockable by Order (likely others) ====================
I was able to, with an Order| ID, with near-standard Order rep., dock with the GRI base in Manchester.
Perhaps this points to the GRI baseline rep not being correctly set up for all factions across Sirius; lore-wise, I assume most factions would be Hostile (< -0.7) to Gallic factions, but this may be incorrect on my part.
Don't have access to FLStat (sorry), but I'd verify the GRI rep is acting as it should.
==================== Type: Equipment (choose one) Bug: Appearing 'fully cloaked' while only engaging cloak ====================
I was following a guy and starting to cloak at the same time. After I caught up on him I was able to shoot while in the warm-up phase but he couldn't see me. From his perspective I was a cloaked ship shooting at him.

==================== Type: Equipment Bug: Battleship siege turrets have forced ori ====================
Siege turrets have force ori which makes them unusable. Since they have such low ms and turret turn rate, adding force ori on top of that means they're basically zappers with 200ms. I understand the intent behind it (base sieges, potentially buttcloaking) but with force ori enabled you can't get the guns to shoot in 1 spot regardless of range, rendering them pretty much useless against everything.
Video with force ori:
Example of what was explained above. No matter how much I try I can't get them to shoot in 1 spot. Moving the cursor makes matter even worse.
Video without force ori:
In this example they work like regular guns. Since a POB is very flat you need the guns to shoot at the approximately same spot, which they do in this video. With force ori they'll either all miss the POB or only 1 out of the 3 will hit which is why no one's bothering to buy them. Cerbs will just do the job better not only in sieges but also uncloaking on someone/tanking.
Edit: If it's intended to stay that way, reduce the price of sci data required. Having a useless gun cost 600+ millions is the definition of scamming for money.
