Report
The Osiris came under attack of AI vessels who were in the process of assaulting a Zoner installation and other Order vessels near it. We proceeded to drive off the AI's in retaliation to their attacks, and were succesfull. However, after their initial retreat they came back, and inflicted some heavy damage on our ship. Repairs should be nearing completition soon however. The Ascona took heavy damage and got crippled during the AI's assault.

Some mysteries defy understanding, and sometimes even the things we think we know are untrue. Some secrets should remain untouched.

Report
We were alerted by an operative of the 2nd fleet that there was an artillery dreadnought near Freeport 11. We unmoored the Osiris from Dabadoru and went looking for it, finding it near Lichtenfelde after about 5 minutes of searching. To our surpise, a Core fighter helped us out a big deal by keeping what passes for a jumpdrive disabled on that thing, whilst our artillery made short work of it. Repairs are now underway to patch the damages the Ish'tar Artillery Dreadnought did to the Osiris, and should be completed shortly as of this report.

During my run around Texas system, agent of the Office of National Security, who surprisingly wasn't showing any hostile intentions from the very beginning of our interaction, appeared near New York anomaly. I was told we won't be attacked by the Office as long as we don't cause any troubles in the republic of Liberty and that I should remind you they sent some transmission to our Command. As I am not aware about the message itself, I am here to just inform you about his words. After that I surveyed nearby systems with Agent Smith. All clear.

During a routine cleanup check in New York, having still lingered there after a Nomad Assault took place in the system yesterday, I got attacked by a Bounty Hunter. Unfortunately for him, his ship got caught in an ion storm pocket, making him an easy target to take out. Gotta admit however, that before he got caught in that ion storm pocket, he was showing quite the piloting skills, before being tossed around like a tennisball between the Badlands asteroids. Props to him for trying.

An addition to the prior report. I ran into officer Una Kidman of the Liberty Police once again. She was still carrying the powercell I saw her carry earlier. After about an hour trying to get it off of her nonviolently, I decided it would be safest to space her and deliver her to a neutral dock, and destroying the powercell itself than letting her take it to her superiors. I will remain in Liberty a little while longer to see who else might have been affected by its lingering effects, and how she will be recovering from her exposure, despite it being a derelict.

Report type:Patrol report Responsible operator:Lena Riemann Rank:Commander Security level:Low Report topic:Destruction of a BDM vessel Description of events:
Commander Riemann reporting from Cairo Station, Omicron Sigma. I have just returned from a tour through Rheinland, where I came across a BDM transport. We've had a conversation mainly about the Order being responsible for exporting alien technology until a Korvettenkapitän of the BDM appeared and started opening fire.
Luckily, the ship was destroyed and I could move on, surprisingly without anyone following me, despite my close distance to the Westerwald nebula, allowing me to safely travel back to the Omicrons.

On a routine patrol through the Sigma's and Rheinland space a housewide alert notified all present that the Liberty Navy was attacking Altona Station in the Hamburg system. I decided to investigate, using our cloaking technology to stay out of sight and monitor the situation. The Rheinland military chased the attackers to the Hudson system where cultists, nomads and Liberty capital ships were waiting for them. A quick scan of the Liberty vessels confirmed that at least one, a dreadnought no less, was sporting a full arsenal of nomad weaponry and several nomad power cores. As Nomads and their technology were now involved, I revealed my vessel and notified the Rheinland fleet that I would assist them against the nomad threat. They agreed but requested I leave after the threat was dealt with, a favor I had no problem agreeing to.
After several Nomad vessels were destroyed I turned my attention to the Liberty capital ship; several of the Liberty Navy that were present had realized their CO might be infected and started firing on the ship as well. Unfortunately the dreadnought eventually managed to land a direct hit, resulting in me having to retreat in an escape pod.
Liberty capital ships suddenly using Nomad weaponry and having Nomad power cores is a concerning development, I suspect the Core might be to blame with their shipments.
Either that, or something far worse...

Reporting back from my extensive patrol of the Omega systems. After several weeks of scouting I have managed to chart the entirety of the known Omega systems. Forces that were encountered mostly did not deviate from expectations; Corsairs, Coalition, Red Hessian, Zoner, Bounty Hunters and IMG were present as expected. Omega 49 had the odd Molly here and there. More interesting however, were the several encounters with unknown vessels sporting nomad weaponry. Considering Bezelgeuse and I were the only operatives in the area I decided to avoid the larger wings, picking off only a few at a time.
This brings me to the most important finding of my patrol though: During one such encounter I found a nearby vessel, damaged beyond repair, containing a derelict Nomad artifact. I immediately beamed it up and set course back to Mu to prevent the artifact from contaminating the people in Sirius. My ship is currently isolated on the Thebes and under tight guard, with high commands permission I would like to move the artifact to the research station as soon as possible so our boys in the lab can take a look at it. I won't lie, being rid of that thing is something I very much look forward to.

Reporting back from my extensive patrol of the Sigma systems. Throughout the six systems several factions are still major influences; GMG, Rheinland, Kusari, Outcasts and Corsairs, these are found in almost all of the systems with but a few exceptions. Of exceptional note was the Niigata Star City in Sigma-59. A giant megastructure of a space colony; effectively an entirely self sufficient space colony. The technology that went into the construction and support of that station could potentially enhance our own efficiency with food production or perhaps even station construction.
The patrol itself was rather uneventful; no hostile engagements. Most traffic through the systems were in the more known Sigma 13, 17 and 19 systems. In particular a lot of Kruger, Samura and GMG vessels. These conveys generally transported ores from Rheinland to Kusari and back. The surveillance took place under the cover of stealth thanks to a cloaking device.
On a final note, while passing through an explosive gas field my engines started malfunctioning. I called upon an old contact who swiftly and with no neglible risk to himself brought me some military engines from Rheinland as a replacement. The Rheinland engines are currently still fitted on my vessel and are proving to live up to expectations.
Several objects have interest that I found during the patrol have been handed over to the Armory on the Thebes.

Reporting back from my extensive patrol of the Tau systems as well as Baffin, Roussilon and Orkney. Of all the border systems the Tau's and neighboring systems in particular are definitely the most diverse in terms of influencial groups that shape the situation there. On one side there are the Gallians; they have been particularly aggressive with capital class ships patrolling with fighter escort in several systems leading to what was Bretonian space. The Bretonian Armed Forces, while less numerous, are also present, attempting to fight back against intimidating odds. While these two behemoths are at eachothers throats, several other factions are trying to stay under the radar and make their move. Tau-37 and Tau-44 appear to be clear from any Galic vessels, serving as a home to Zoners, the Crayter Military and IMG installations.
Tau-31 in particular is dangerous at the moment, serving as the main supply line for Galic forces to Leeds. Due to this, BAF vessels can be seen on patrol here in the westen part of the systems. Unfortunately, this means there are precious few places where we can refuel in this system. I have found two such locations that we can use; a Gaian base and a Marquis base.
Orkney is likewise dangerous, while Rousilion is significantly safer due to the higher Council presense in the system. Baffin was an...unusual visit. The Zoners are quite fervent in their devotion and beliefs. While I managed to stay out of sight, I did do my best to respect their customs just in case.
During my patrol I came across only two items of interest. They have been handed over to the Armory on the Thebes as usual.
