The APM-Susurrus-1 marks the beginning of a large scale R&D project, filed as #361: Susurrus. This particular vessel was procured via Republican Shipping with the goal of testing its performance within the harsh environment of the Edge Worlds, implement into the Merchant Navy and finally strip for utilizable, reproducible technologies which would prove valuable in developing a household civilian shipline.
Currently APM-Susurrus-1 is awaiting retrofit as it operates with minimal efficiency in its present condition.
The APM-Susurrus-2 is another asset of project #361: Susurrus.
Acquired from a secondary market private vendor for a bargain price, this quite exotic piece of Gallic engineering has been a mystery in many respects ever since. The primary concern lays with its organically fueled propulsion mechanisms, apparently highly uncommon outside of Gallia.
As soon as some of the ins and outs of the "Badger" are uncovered, we shall examine its performance with local mineral harvest, implement it into the Merchant Navy with the prospect of taking it apart for utilizable, reproducible technologies for household mining craft.
Currently APM-Susurrus-2 is awaiting retrofit as it operates with only minimal efficiency in its present condition.
Ship Name: Core|APM-Unbreakable-II Ship Class: B-27-E "Clydesdale" Bretonia Freighter Date of Commission: 824 A.S. Status: In Active Service Captain: Assigned APM Astrogators Crew Count: 4
Right around the time when the Hermes-IX planetoid debris field in Omicron Delta has been discovered and with the Metallicus squadron decommissioned just weeks before, APM found its mining divisions heavily under stocked. The Unbreakable-II was among the first new craft put into active service for the purpose of collecting valuable planetoid debris.
Ship Name: Core|APM-Innovation-II Ship Class: RT-41-PFT "Uruz" Rheinland Container Transport Date of Commission: 824 A.S. Status: In Active Service Captain: Assigned APM Astrogators Crew Count: 30
As R&D divisions are continuously working on adapting the power management of the Uruz class transport to meet current needs, APM began deploying first copies of the promising craft on some of the safer, household routes. This rather daring move is the result of the high economic pressure laid upon the Merchant Navy by the rapid development of Nauru's planetside colony.
Ship Name: Core|APM-Detonator-V Ship Class: MEMV-971-AH "Arrastra" Civilian Heavy Miner Date of Commission: 824 A.S. Status: In Active Service Captain: Assigned APM Astrogators Crew Count: 5
By analogy to Unbreakable-II, Detonator-V is utilized as the ultimate workhorse craft to collect valuable planetoid debris in and around the Hermes-IX field. With undesirable activity on the rise, this fine vessel would provide ease of mind to the civilian haulers sitting otherwise helpless with their bays wide open.
