Cryocubes are shipped in special containers and they tend to self-destruct, when GMS Terms of Service are violated. So, you need to use all kind of scramblers, different transponders and IFF manipulations.
Secondly, Council must get something in return so this deal can be beneficial for us both. I am unsure, how you can help us because of your current employment by that enigmatic organisation, but I can help you to get everything you need. And we deal with it as soon as I get answer from you.

Allow me to briefly describe our interest with observing the Royalists.

We required an inside mole in the House of Gallia to be able to give inside reports and studies concerning the Gallic movement and development, Gallia has always been an interesting anomaly to us, primarily due to how different technology has evolved in their own seclusion. As for the Cryocubes, this isn't necessary anymore, that espionage mission is deemed redundant after acquiring the relevant information about the materials through an anonymous source.
