Our two corporations have had a long and fruitful relationship over the years marked with great wealth and mutual respect. This relationship has worked because we have mutually beneficial spheres of business that compliment each other while not creating an insurmountable competition, a successful ingredient in any partnership. Although our vessel pass each other daily and often exchange pleasantries, it has come to my attention that the management of our two organisation have not talked for some time. Which leads to this communication.
Members of the Krüger Mineralien Board of Directors are hereby cordially invited to be hosted by Samura Heavy Industries at Planet New Tokyo where it is hoped we may proceed with talks to discuss the Samura / Kruger partnership, future projects and business strategies leading into the future. Security and discretion will be assured but Kruger is welcome to bring any security they deem necessary as well. It is our hope that this will be a productive and entertaining meeting for us and look forward to your acceptance.

To: Hiraku Nomura From: Essen Station - New Berlin Subject: Mutual Relations.
Guten tag , Hiraku Nomura,
In fact, it is true that we have enjoyed great relations with our Samura friends. Connection between two organizations has lost in wind of time and because of no recent mutual operations.
I am happy to see your invitation for our Board of Director to come to New Tokyo. We accept your invitation. Considering the security situation in SIgmas and recent Blood Dragon raids, there will 1 or 2 escort wings with passenger vessels. I request you to send additional security at Rheinland.Kusari border to further ensure safety of our Board of Directors.
At New Tokyo, we will discuss about future mutual operations. On behalf of our old relations we still consider Samura Heavy Industries as our allies. Please let us know about date and time so I can send you on confirmation and Directors who will be attending the meeting.
Mit freundlichen grüßen,
Vorsitzender,Heinrich Stuhl
I am glad we have made these first steps at improving contact between our organisations. It appears that our respective governments have not taken our lead and the situation has deteriorated drastically. As such I would not ask you to place your board in a vulnerable position by traveling to Kusari at this time and board members from Samura will of course not be attending any locations within Rheinland until our safety can be assured. As such I do not believe this meeting can happen under the current plans.
While we do hope that relations between Kusari and Rheinland will normalise in short order,we also recognise that governments often do not share the diplomatic finesse that comes with trying to run large corporate concerns and believe that we must lead by example. As such Samura has not dropped the hopes that we can come together to discuss the situation that we now find ourselves in and how we may move forward to shape and sustain a positive business climate conductive to healthy trade and mutual gain.
We shall continue to search for avenues available to us and shall be in constant contact to make sure this happens. If Kruger has any ideas on how we may proceed, please do not hesitate to put these forward.
Sayonara,
Hiraku Nomura.
