Greetings to you esteemed members of the Kusari Government, I bring word from the both the Government of Gallia and of the King. It has been noted by members of our Government that rising tensions between our two houses are now in need of address, the Rishiri/Tau-53 system being a particular point of interest but also the recent decline in your relationship with Rheinland.
It is this Government's wish that the relationship between our two houses will stabilize and flourish once more, rather than be dimmed by the flames of conflict. To that end, we propose a diplomatic party be sent to New Tokyo to meet with your government members/representatives as to address these issues as well as any others that may arise.
We eagerly await your response.
Sincères amitiés:,

Ministre des Affaires étrangères
Why hello there good fellow... I mean, Minister Morice. I'm the acting... rather, Minister Toshinori on behalf of the Kusari Empire government. Pleased to meet you.
It's a funny thing your request came at this time, being the end of the week and all that. I would like very much to give a green light from our side to what you propose but see, all that stuff about weekends, mandatory rest hours, and international crisis in the Sigmas are taking a hold on our lines.
I'll be sure to give you an update come Monday... or Tuesday. Whenever I find where my secretary run off to in the midst of this mess.
We're still cleaning this place a bit. You know, previous holder of the post had... an unexpected exit, so he didn't manage put his world affairs in order before.... well, critical heart failure and all that.
So stay tuned for news. Cheers.
Long live Kusari
Toshinori Kojirou
Foreign Affairs Minister, Reformed Kusari Empire
"Kon'nichiwa, haikei Morice-san. It is a pleasure to hear from our Gallic neighbors.
The Goverment of Kusari understands your concerns regarding the Rishiri system, it is the lifeline between our trade relations and requires our both attention to ensure its safety. The state of war with the Republic of Rheinland is a matter I shall not leave a word on. This possible issue may be discussed with the respective officials being able to provide more information.
We are also wondering around which date your diplomatic party would prefer to arrive in Kusari.
Furthermore I have a personal request, good relations are build upon a degree of trust and understanding. We shall strenghten the peaceful relationship between our Nations if we allow our upcoming generations to learn more about our neighbors culture. We already proposed student exchanges and several other points to achieve this but all we received was a reply by a member of the Royal Navy, stating that Gallia has no interest to learn about our culture and people. Therefore I hope the members of the diplomatic party will also include a proper representative of the Ministry for Education in Gallia.
If there are any questions left, do not hesitate to ask us.

We are able to sent a party to your House whenever you are ready, naturally a full list of those attending will be provided prior to departure. As for your request regarding education, we would be happy to discuss the matter with your government during the course of these talks, although I cannot promise anything, I can assure you that you will be able to voice your ideas more completely when we all meet.
When your government is willing and able, please provide a time and location and we will leave immediately.

Konbanwa, haikei Morice-san. I am sorry for this long silence between us but internal discussions slowed us down heavily and we could only recently get back to our conversation here.
The Empire of Kusari would be ready to welcome your diplomatic party on New Tokyo in the Goverment district by this Saturday noon.
If need is there for additional escorts, the Kusari Naval Forces can be informed to send an escort wing to the Rishiri system to meet up with your vessel. In case of any further questions, do not hesitate to ask me.
Long live Kusari.
