A middle-aged man in a Blood Dragon Admiral's samurai garb is shown standing firm in front of the camera, his 50-year-old features aggravated by the metaphorical chains of his command. A neutral expression is plastered on his face, but his somber, dark-circled brown eyes betray a sadness in his heart.
"Moshi moshi, honorable Zoners. I am Tamiya Dachiko, one of a few grand admirals of the Blood Dragons... Well, more like ex-grand admiral, as of this transmission.
"Once noble and honorable Blood Dragons, the failure of our shogun in retaking his rightful seat in Kusari after centuries of strife and bloodshed has led some of us to believe it a lost cause. Initially, there was talk of a civil war to happen among the dragons, but with a little... diplomacy on my part, I have rallied the dissenters to instead merely commandeer one of our mighty Togo-class battleships for ourselves, the Aokigahara, and then venture into the outer cosmos without so much as a look back. We have forsaken our Blood Dragon honor... in the hopes of establishing our own place in the stars, far from the shame we've left behind.
"Now, we call ourselves 'Kurimuzonronin'... 'Blood Ronin'.
"It is with hope that you, the Zoners, will take us into your wing as fellow wanderers. We ask only for permission to dock and trade with your freeports, and in exchange we shall treat the Zoners as our brethren, and defend you as we would our own."
He slowly bows low to the camera, and takes a deep breath. "Please... Give us this opportunity to start anew. We beg you..."
your group, and the Blood Dragons in general, are not listed as Freeport NFZ Violators within the Freeport Network. As such you have, like anyone else who manages to not violate the very few laws we enforce within the No-Fire-Zones, the permission to dock with any Zoner Freeport of the network. Before you ask, Freeport 12 in the Galileo system is not part of said network.
You can look up the currently enforced laws of the Freeport Network here. The list of Freeport Administrators is sadly outdated, allow me to give you an update with this transmission:
Freeport 1 - CoF-Network
Freeport 5 - Nicole Malakai
Freeport 6 - Blaine Chara
Freeport 8 - CoF-Network
Freeport 9 - Ingenuus Research Group {CoF}
Freeport 10 - Diana Kohl
Freeport 11 - Saskia Alexander
Freeport 14 - Marie Nemesis
Grand Vista Orbital - Omicron Supply Industries
Lanzarote Station - Omicron Supply Industries
Livadia Shipyard - CoF-Network
Ames Research Station - Ingenuus Research Group {CoF}
Bethlehem Station - Ingenuus Research Group {CoF}
Corfu Station - Ingenuus Research Group {CoF}
Corinth Research Station - Ingenuus Research Group {CoF}
Freeport 2 is no longer part of the CoF-Network as some spineless asshat allowed it to be taken over by pirates, which obviously backfired since Battlegroup Harmony regulates that Freeport more than that guy does.
Keep in mind Zoner installations are not owned by a particular group but merely administrated by mentioned entities. This is to ensure best possible neutrality of each installation.

MESSAGE BEGINS:
Greetings Grand Admiral.
I am Jerard Voncloud, Administrator of Livadia Shipyard.
I wish to echo and add to the message of my neighbour.
As Zoners we are neutral to all parties where possible, we do not take sides, this includes yourselves, we of course welcome any and all wanderers of this space we call home.
However, this is without saying that in order to keep our neutrality we do have to keep a get along to go along attitude when it comes to certain politics, Zoners may welcome you to their bases but the denizens that they share that area with might not.
If you go somewhere that look less fondly upon you such as Corsair space for example, any Zoners who reside within their Zone of influence may deem it better that your group do not frequent their specific stations for the sake of their neutrality.
Outside of that as long as you respect the laws we have in place as Administrator Alexander stated, i suspect relations between us should be fine.
On our part Livadia, should you need it may be able to service your vessel on a basic level, however i do ask you contact us first before arriving, Omicron Kappa is often visited by the Corsairs and the last thing i need is for them to be gnawing on my leg over a Blood Dragon battleship. Greetings, Grand Admiral,
I am Blaine Chara, Administrator of Freeport 6. We have a quiet operation here in the Taus and would prefer to keep it that way. Passing traders who want to stop for food and drink are our main business. They can stop without judgement or fear of being shot at. House patrols from Kusari visit but don't stop so we have little trouble with them.
One's politics, alliances or allegiance don't matter to us. When you come through the airlock on my base, all that is left outside. Simply put, we will give you the same respect and courtesy that you give us.
We do have the odd bounty hunter or Outcast that likes to visit and they get the same rules. They are NOT allowed to loiter outside nor are capital warships as they attract unwanted attention.
So visit, have a drink, a meal and some conversation and maybe a card game. I even have some......entertainment.....out of public view if you desire it.
Have a great day,
Cmndr. Blaine Chara
Administrator, Freeport 6
