Is there any RP use for 'Derelict Nomad Artifact' or it's just used to construct PoB factory modules 'module_m_cloak' and 'module_m_cloakdisruptor'.
Since they're dormant and inert, how come factory modules use them?

InRP I assume the "inert" Technology can be reproduced/somewhat activated to create cloaks and cloak disruptors.
Technically, you could do some RP with other factions with it and see how that goes, or you could try and "give it back to the Nomads" if you'd like to go cuddly with them.
