How much do we particularly care about imports in discovery considering most of Disco's longest running content is some variant of Import, and the fact that Sci-fi, by the very nature that it has to be as original as possible without being incomprehensible, uses certain idioms to tie itself together over and over again? We seem to loosely apply a no-imports attitude to ship models ever since we sluggishly did away with the most grievous offenders.
The amount of (not-for-profit) intellectual copyright theft, in signatures character avatars is pretty much off the charts and is a necessary evil of creating an RP universe where not every player is a modeller, graphic designer, programmer, etc.

If you're not planning to become official and just want to have fun with your friends, do whatever you like. There were Jokers pirating people with gunboat squads in this game.
If you plan to become official, we have quite a few people who are good with graphic design, pay one of them to beautify your faction.
You say you always side with lawfuls against unlawfuls in Sirius, implying you don't care about politics, but then you say you shoot GRN for political reasons. Why?
Gallic is different. They killing almost everything, including civilian ships, they allied with pirates, like Mollys. In the end they simply killing Bounty Hunters Guild ships, i saw it by myself. We do not hunt The Council or their friends.
So far I can provide my feedback based on only one my own interaction and one interaction of my fellow UN| player. In the first case, you were trying to kill my single gunboat in two Orcas, so I prefered to run away and not fight you. When it comes to UN| case, you brought 3 gunboats against one and player also decided to dock and avoid fighting with you. While it's not stated in rules, ganking other people is considered to be a bad sport (however, it's kinda hard to avoid ganks anyway, but you had such opportunity) and it only makes people avoid your faction.
As for the visual style, I would suggest to remove this grey background from your pictures and not use Orbitron. This font can be good for headers, but it's an eyerаpe for description. Your infothread also suffers the lack of vital information like ID, IFF, Diplomacy used tech and etc. I would suggest to take a look at other information threads. You could also use some headers like "History", "Commanders", "General information" and so on.
