That is unless we mess with chook to modify clientside fx files on the fly, which is.. getting into some weird territory, and uh, no.

Plus there's no way to replicate that to other clients, so even if we *could* do that, while you'd see your SNAC colour, everyone else would see it as the default and you'd see everyone else's as the default, which really defeats the purpose of cosmetics in a video game.

Why not just make all faction SNACs generic civilian? They're just cosmetics anyway. There's no balance reason why they shouldn't be.

There may be no balance reason but I'm sure there's visual reason. Like knowing who's shooting who,or figuring out in a group who shot the snac.
