My mission is to study forms of the Slomon K'Hara, their physiology, and their psychology; for the good, progress, and safety of humanity. Permission to examine artifacts will allow me to understand more deeply the nature of Daam K'Vosh technology and the way that the Slomon K'Hara utilize it. Permission to examine nomadic materials and liquid cardamine will allow to understand their physiology, including potentially their telepathic abilities, which are a topic which is still poorly understood.
With the data that I gather from these commodities, I intend to help to develop better safeguards against the hazards of nomad telepathic contact, up to and including the potential of a shielding device to entirely block nomad telepathy. I also intend to develop a device to help interpret nomad telepathy, ideally helping to enable communication in the event that diplomacy ever becomes a viable option--or, at the very least, so that we may understand them better, and communicate on equal footing, rather than being subject to their mercy.
With this research I hope to either enable a ceasefire to be negotiated, or in the event that such a thing is infeasible, I hope to ensure that humanity encounters as few obstacles as possible in the defense of our people and nations.

In regards of your requests, I will have to apologize but this matters will have to be handled by the entire Overwatch and not just myself. Be told that I consider it possible for you to obtain such privileges. No matter the results of this talks, Wedjat 4 would like to propose you a deal.
While we never stopped to study the Nomads and their slaves, another source of information is always appreciated. Naturally independent researchers come in mind when thinking of external sources. My first point would be to verify your qualifications, if you could present your certificates from your stated University, that we may know the exact merits of your current status. Beyond that, it is imperative you realize the nature of this realm of study: that it is extremely dangerous and often taken with such caution that life of those around you comes before your own.
While I'm no personal expert in the subjects you wish to study and cannot detail the risks in their entirety, we ask that you provide the opportunity to get familiar with your research endeavors and practices before we allow you to expand your studies into the more dangerous realms of xenobiology. Should you keep an open line of communication with us and share your findings on more docile projects, we would, in future be able to explore this possibility, however, at this time, we will decline both of your requests until we are more acquainted with your practices.
