The post lists this as being the result of a secondary victory being achieved by the Military, but it does not list what this Secondary victory requires at all. The only victory requirements for the Military is a Primary one with no apparent connection to this win condition. In the interest of official participation, full context is necessary. If this is a typo then correct it, if this is a valid win condition, then state its prerequisite.

It's to prevent spoilers as to who/what that would mean, due to the unexpected elements of the event. Things will be clarified ingame via console roleplay text and ingame event rule changes. Leaders are being briefed appropriately to ensure that we know how to handle each situation and I'm pounding out the nuance of it with the devs involved, so it'll remain enjoyable.

All active Bundschuh cadres sit in one of Alvin Katz's mess hall, and occupy only half of room.

Next week the UN HC goes unavailable for a month. Plus this event is already slightly overdue.
