Fleet Expansion DoctrineConstruction of Buro capital vessel

Doctrine overview:
This doctrine oversees the coming events for expanding the Flotilla and independent military operations of Des Buro. The Sigma-conflict and almost autonomous reliance the agency has from the Rheinland Military has resulted in the rethinking of its direct military intervention capability. With the securing of Thuringia, the Buro have unsuprisingly concluded that an expansion of its fleet capability is needed to ensure its territories are not lost to incursion forces and also show a representation of force that its ability to safeguard those regions without Rheinland Military assistance. But its ability to extend out even further into external operations when its deemed necessary to intervene with a show of force.
Commanders have permission to train crews for capital ship deployment, and high command operators have permission to contact local corporate supplies in need for materials, all heavy capital support ships must be constructed under BDM shipyards.
It seems that smuggling trade is picking up due to the attack made by Auxesia on Pacifica. And what has come for this is people scrambling to assist them in rebuilding their station but it be a shame to leave those cargo containers in space to fall into the suns atmosphere, but instead of letting that happen the Agency has decided to put them towards our needs. Console components, power systems, and even some assembled optronic systems. AESIR is making use of these on both automated and manned lines on breaking down whats needed, we can salvage quite a number of PCB's, Relays and anything that isn't in a working state can be recycled... We've had to get creative and this was the perfect opportunity to take advantage of it.
Thankfully we're taking the flow of goods in from Mainz Storage Facility to AESIR by the short range logistical teams and business transactions are being conducted by Logistik-7, since most of these components are already constructed for other purposes and of various models and assembly pre-sets a difficulty and it will probably take a good amount of people to strip out needed parts by hand. Thankfully this will subside the costs of having to deal the corporations in the current political environment. These parts might be sub-par on arrival, but I'm sure our engineers will be happy to tear apart what they can as I've already had reports of them finding fully working weapon control systems that we can install on the new vessels we're planning to commission. But the issue right now is that it will take some time before we can turn these things into... Usable components fit for agency standard.
We've been in contact with the separatist group in the Bering sector concerning progress to our doctrine, we've been comfortable with the surplus capital ships and sister-ships from the Military and have been maintaining them well despite the corporate recommendation to purchase new ships off their production line, but even if we were to there are high doubts that they'd agree to supplying us with fresh capital class vessels. So we had to turn back to 'surplus' stocks... They may not be the freshest of samples but their supply is plentiful. Bering is littered with components from the Liberty-Rheinland conflict involved parties such as both state Navies and even including the Hessians at some point too and the recent ones concerning both the Unioners and Harmony have also scored some components for the taking if we can salvage them... And by "We" I mean mostly ALG.
Namely the Donau class shell i'll be passing its listing as the RNC-Freiburg, and the two Hel's that we've codenamed U-701 and U-702. It seems the listing that Harmony has supplied us has bore big enough fruit that it seems we'll need to have salvage specialists see about moving these empty husks towards Rheinlands core systems for us to take control of. I'm unsure if the Federal government may be as lenient on us obtaining the Hel class vessels but showing these salvage reports may show some good signs that not only have we taken away an enemy's valuable resource but also reinforcing our own numbers; although the military might not like it. I'm preparing AESIR facility to handle these empty shells, although we'll most likely need to import a number of supplies to work around these vessels as we need to bring them upto agency specification and I have some Ideas for it, I look at the shell design and I think we can see about giving it some... Potent upgrades.
Who knows, we outfit these with Enfield's new technology-- Huginn, Muninn… Perfect names I think.
We've been busy as of late to prepare for the project, an assessment team on the facility concluded that the work we wanted done on our predicted new capital ships will not only be taxing but with the previous infrastructure of AESIR's shipyards it would have also been a long and strenuous to our schedule as we estimated long over-runs to the limitation to the actual skeletal dry-dock configurations. With advancements in drydock design and configuration along with tailoring the factory built shipyards with extensive modifications. We've upgraded them to handle more control teams, construction teams and the prototyping capabilities on these drydocks have also improved to a level where we shouldn't have that much difficulty installing experimental components or modules onto vessels compared to the previous shipyard design.
I had the Buro Logistical division manage a few shipments of structure segments to finish with a few touch-ups to the main enclosure to the drydocks but they should be good to go when it comes to handling what we need. But it appears with these upgrades means we'll be needing another arrival of a crew detachment, it seems these new shipyards require more people to man the interfaces and control systems which... Which also means more people to feed, support and so on. Who knows, maybe this base will start supporting families at this rate, but I have to say... As project manager to AESIR, it has certainly grown to a well established installation.
Our plans are going well so far so good. I contacted the DHC CEO and asked for some weapons for the Freiburg. It wouldn't take them too long to answer, however, I was surprised that they granted our request and sent us the wanted weapons directly without any trouble. Director Enfield has funded the weapons and it seems his name was enough that no questions were asked as we picked up the weapons. However, I looked through the requested material and everything seems in top condition, I hope the DHC won't send us anything unfinished or damaged. Anyways quality is as expected - perfect. The weapons will be installed on the RNC-Freiburg as soon as it is operational. The crew is awaiting their first flight already.
