I am sending you this transmission to make you fully aware of the following incident that was captured by a friendly pilot outside Freeport 11 earlier today.

The pilot sent me this video of events that show two capital class vessels, callsigns RNC-Albtraum and (C~Revenant, doing the following actions:
Heading to Nauru to engage, subsequently destroying, a secondary fleet Core vessel called Jazzypenguin.
Returning to Freeport space and actively defying the No Fire Zone, engaging on another Core vessel, WV-Venator. Sadly, the Venator also perished.

I want to put out the message that these ships be denied ANY access to the Freeport station, and that their actions be atoned for. I know that both vessels are already on your bounty board, Mr. Archos, but I want to make you aware of their actions outside Nauru and outside the Freeport should not be taken lightly. I will muster Velvet and any forces I can muster to look at exacting revenge for these actions.

Others may be able to sit idly by, but I refuse to act in this way.

We've known the Commune to be terrorists for some time, so anyone working in direct league with them is quick to add themselves to the list. I support your claim to revoke docking privileges from both vessels to any Zoner station, including those that are not Freeports. We will deal with such actions harshly, as required. I do not wish to see more added to the Commune's numbers, as their sympathy with powers beyond them has great consequences, and will not be tolerated.
