Dear Admiral,

I've recently resumed operations after laying low for almost a year. I've got a lot of essential work to be done within Liberty's borders. Recruiting new assets is one of them, and Liberty is the best place to hire freelancers and secondaries. I haven't had much trouble when running into first or second fleet officers who question why I'm flying this ship. However, fifth fleet has given me a hard time and expect me to stay out of Liberty. . . . . .There have been many former members and veterans of the Liberty law enforcement that had no issue with retaining their fighters. However, its not unexpected that the fifth fleet would harass any and everyone that isn't carrying several copies of the exact same permit and a photo of them shaking hands with the President. I shouldn't need to forward a copy of every single action taken without their approval, but I'll be 'nice' and inform them of your veteran status and authorization to operate.

You may be interested in what I've got for you below. An asset of mine forwarded me evidence of an Auxesian ship passing through Liberty space. I understand that their presence in Liberty is a grey area of the law so I leave it up to your judgement as to what to do with this information.
