Well, some of you may have read about the dealings between GMG and Outcasts. Okay, its their matter, but i would like, the players will think about consequences. It will mess diplomatics between KNF and GMG and some others.
Also i see it as a try to overrun Corsairs. Yes, i have personal interests, because i have KNF and Corsair chars and i would not like my arse overrunned every time i'm online. Think about to let others have the same fun playing here as you have.

I think it is Ok if they want to do it, it is in RP, but remember GMG, you'll have to live with the Consequences, you will probably be hostile to KNF, and AFA and Hogosha will probably begin to openly attack you. The Corsairs will obviously step up their attacks in sigma 13, and you wont be offed any help from RM, so you will have enemies on 3 sides and the OC on the other. Again, I don't think there is anything wrong if this is what you want to do, but think it through long term, because I don't want to hear people complaining the GMG are hated by everyone later.
Nah, the Bretonian OC deal is some kind of backed up by the rumors of the ongoing war between Kusari and Bretonia. It was rather been expected than the GMG OC deal.
sarcasm//If it goes on, Corsairs will have to make treaties with Rheinland then. At the end we will have only two sides in Sirius with a full scale war. What a fun:dry:
hm, gmg allies do kishiro, kishiro hostiel to criminals... outcast are criminals. and outcast are one of the enemies typed in info card about gmg, and gmg are typed as enemy in outcast info card. so i think big no for trying to be ally.
and as other typed here, when gmg is allying with outcast, then knf, afa, hogosha move to hostile, and kusari systems are closed for gmg, and gmg in kusari is the same as bretonia in kusari. lawfull, but hostile.
other thing that i dont like on gmg, is, that when i meet them in omicron theta,(as tbh ) and ask what is their bussines so far from sigmas, then answer: not your problem lol. is not something that i am wating.
I dont think it's unreasonable for deals to be struck between small groups of players - but they dont represent the faction as a whole.
The dealings between GMG and outcasts are between player factions against one another - but that doesnt stop outcasts from taking missions to kill GMG npcs in beta, and it wont stop -every- outcast from attacking GMG ships. After all, they need the fuel to power their fleet and the GMG provides an abundance of that fuel in a nearby system.
I've been in some pretty weard treatises myself... My junker actually got on 'friendly' terms with a xeno player once, after we had been at each other's throats for weeks. We finally both got tired of fighting and I struck a deal with him.
on the contrary - it depends on what the faction "claims to be" - we have factions that claim to be the whole of the NPC faction - so then it would affect everything.

unfortunately without a mod update that makes npcs behave differently according to player faction allegiances, no player faction can ever represent "the whole group".
Let them do as they wish. Then liberty navy can ally lane hacker'sb rogue's/xeno's and RM can ally will hessien's/bundshah bretonia with the corsair's, and before long all the info card's will mean frack all. But who care's? let all the faction's do what ever they want. My indie's will follow who the game say's are their enemy's. My outcast will KOS any GMG ship it see's "ENEMY"
Enemies need to remain enemies unless something is changing in the mod. For example, bretonia and the mollys - according to the players they've reached a standstill, but the npcs still fight each other and the players still regard each other as enemies. Since all the mollys really want is to be left alone in dublin, it isnt really a problem.
Still... I dont see the GMG/outcast thing as an 'alliance', if anything the GMG is simply paying off the outcasts with h-fuel and credits to keep their miners and convoys safe from attack. The outcasts will still have no issues going after GMG fighter craft though.
