When using CAU 8 and nano , the following difference - (375000*4+825*600*4) - (320000*4+775*600*4) = 340000

If the ship is lighter (Rheinland Cruiser), is it more maneuverable? Not.
22.92 - 19.10 = 3.82 units more Max Angular Speed. This is a lot.
This machine loses in everything.

In your opinion it is a mistake.

In other people's opinion Praefect sucks and Donau is way too good. It's a whole lot smaller than the other heavy Cruisers already, and benefits from everything that heavies get while having an incredible profile for kiting and chasing. You've shown too much side in the fight, while fighting a better pilot with guns meant to eat cruisers
