The Sisterhood has been made aware of your activities.
We hereby reopen the Kusarian borders and will terminate all Nouka ships who don't comply to our directives. We have no idea who the Soshi-sha is, but it has no authority and shall be treated as just another insignificant puppet institution that should be destroyed and replaced by the Sisterhood.
The right of free passage of our allies will be enforced by our guns and missiles. Any Nouka ships found in violation will be destroyed. You are just small fish in the waters of Kusari and I think it is time for us to remind you who the sharks are.
