Guten tag,

My name is Lars Beke, Kapitän of the vessel Hessen, in service to a young man with the Rheinland Military as acting captain, while he is away serving the fatherland. After many trips through Bretonia mostly taking finished products or ores to many parts of Bretonia, just recently I ran into a strange situation which I'm sure is important to you, and probably is still fresh in the memories of many of your citizens and soldiers. As I was making my return trip back to Rheinland, I was passing by Leeds and somehow my comm system managed to get a hold of a weak signal from the surface. The person with which I was talking to appeared to be with his family and was requesting help with leaving the surface and escape from Leeds. Unfortunately my ship is not equipped for atmospheric re-entry nor was it a dedicated rescue ship but the person told me to call for help and so I am asking you now to help these poor souls. From his description it appears he is with his family or a group of families with children. If it helps the signal was strongest near the ruined part of the moor for larger ships to dock, and the bretonian rescue station that maybe has not received their call. If they are underground they may be running out of necessary supplies such as food or water. Although I am foremost a citizen of the fatherland, I ask you to please send a rescue party to help them. Time may be running out for them.
