I am Stefano Bertoni from Istituto di Ricerca Militare Maltese. I shall speak on behalf of the Istituto and will not take much of your time.

During my patrol within Leon (former Omicron Tau) system a scanner has detected an unknown civilian vessel at the orbit of planet Soledad. The name of this vessel has been recognized as "|=DSS=|Drone.Angela11".

After the short conversation with the ship Captain which turned out to be a Drone, Our organization got information about the ship, her owner and mission here. According to what the Drone revealed to us, a Deep Space Solutions organization has got a contract from some Maltese organization for base supplying.

A little bit later the drone has found the base it was looking for and this was Cartel base which is orbiting Soledad at the L1 point between the planet and moon, or simply - it was Estremadura Base.

We understand that Cartel is doing its business in the name of prosperity but we would like to get a confirmation that DSS allowed to visit Omicron Tau system and dock Estremadura base and other installations. We are requesting this due to their origin as libertorian corporation and still yet even without libertorian affiliation and identification they could be a threat for Maltese Hispania security.

Buenos dias. Your assumption is correct - the DSS company recently turned to Maltese Hispania's government with an offer to start commercial operations under our legislation. It appears they have had issues in Liberty and were forced out, seeking opportunities elsewhere. And we provided those opportunities. As of now, they are allowed to supply Estremadura base with basic supply components and should not pose issues to Maltese Hispania's factions. Their autonomous drones appear to be devoid of any special equipment that can be used to spy on us. If you see them in Umbra system, however, you are of course clear to eradicate them.

I also would like to use this communication channel to reach to Administrador "Shadowwalker". I remember he said he had some interesting information about Enma Loyola that has recently become a nuisance in domestic politics. I would kindly ask you to relay my words to Señor Shadowwalker and request all the information the IRMM may have on her.

Greetings, fellow citizens of Gallia and Sirius.

I, Enma Loyola, now in comfort and safety thanks to heroic pilots of His Majesty's Navy. Few weeks ago, myself and my fiancee Eliza Valdez were captured by enemies of the Crown. We were on a civilian trip, when ruthless criminals of the Crayter and terrorists of the "Council" have captured us in Coronado system. I suspect Bretonian or even Libertorian special services playing in the background for this to happen.

Once again, I wish to thank loyal servants of His Majesty for saving my life. His Majesty's Navy is granting me with a full freedom of movement and I will return to my own business soon. It will not take a long time to finalize the process of my full enterance into... Gallic citizenship.

First and foremost, congratulations on being safely saved by the royale gauloise, and for being granted Gallic citizenship- which brings the question I put forward; It is well known that Gallic citizenship to foreigners is not an easily obtainable thing. If I may ask, how and why are you attaining a citizen status?

Secondly, why do you believe the Bretonian and Libertonian regime agencies are attempting to neutralize you, or even god forbid, murder you while your organization, the Core, is not at odds with either of the regimes? And how do you expect the situation to escalate between the Core and the houses of Liberty and Bretonia over this incident and your new gallic citizen status?

Sadly I can not uncover all details. Especailly the ones that are leading me to believe that specific agencies are involved. GRI is currently in process of uncovering even more wide network, so I shall not spread too much information. Once needed operative actions are done by GRI, I will be able to tell you more. This is in fact very interesting and might be worth writing a book in time.

As for the citizenship, I honestly believe that I do not deserve it. I had some not public contacts with the Kindgdom on the highest level and my honeymoon was suppose to pass in Gallia. Sadly our plans were ruined. I will personally try to punish those who are involved in those crimes.

This information certainly adds up with the image we had about her being unstable, turning coats at earliest convenience, and basically being not the right person to make decision on behalf of Malta. Her list of transgressions goes on. Still, she is a Doña and we will give her the respect she deserves ex officio and listen to her part of the story. Gallic citizen certainly makes her participation in Maltese politics null and void. But it is the suspicion about her being an infectee that troubles me. I am aware about her service during the Crimson Cross time - at that point with mass hysteria around worshiping aliens could even lead some people to willingly accept the infection, or succumb to will of the higher-ups. In case she is infected, her move to destabilise Maltese Hispania would be, I am amused to say, quite logical. I am not well aware about her relation to Vatan but that is surely interesting to listen to given her both alleged infection and proven Gallic citizenship. If you could kindly indulge me on the matter, I would appreciate this greatly.

And surely you can expect us to share the developments with Loyola's involvement with Bretonia. That is the least we can do for you.

I fully agree with you on her trying to destabilize Malta. And her Donna status is only as strong as people behind her, the Crimson Cross is no more and most of the Infectees have been driven away.

These are just assumptions, but it's our job to do so. Her relation to Vatan could be close or none, she at least knows he exists, what we're taking into consideration is the appearance of Vatan which probed what is IRMM's stance towards Infestees and could possibly relay this information to Loyola as LG has kept up only a very formal language with our Agents. In addition it's no secret we've already dealt with few Infectees and Nomads using lethal force.

Core and Gallia, both enemies of Malta that would prefer if we didn't exist. Loyola stands in the midst of this as Core's spokeperson and admitting publicly the Involvement with Gallic Royal intelligence helping her to gain Gallic Citizenship. Vatan might be unrelated, but her and Vatan's infested ships could lead us to assume there's an Infection going among certain Gallic high ranking individuals. Core is a very egoistic force, as expected for an imperial incarnation of the Order, yet they're purposely overlooking even publicly available information. Or there is a reason behind allowing a Gallic citizen back into Core ranks? Maybe we don't know something we should.

Then there's the Loyola Group sparking hostilities with Bretonia. What for? We both know that Enclave still exists and is at large albeit loosing more and more ships against us. We could assume if there's a connection between former Gallic officials and Loyola, she could be trying to force Malta into war with Bretonia to either conquer it or weaken our forces that would be an easier pick for both Core and Order forces so happily calling us Nomad Thralls. And eventually, succumbing to whatever plans she might has in her sight.

Even if we're completely wrong, her apparent infection and involvement in so many groups she publicly admits is already more than treturous. Should there be an official meeting, then IRMM would like to take a silent seat there.
