Hello there, a few of my Pilots have said about your need to hear from us immediately, now while i understand the need for you hear word from us, it wouldn't be within our Agency's interests to falter what trust we have gained over the course of these past years. Its the Holiday season so please expect us to be spotty with how quick we can handle things.
Normally I take contacting or dealings with any Maltese entity personally since I do have quite a history with the House of Malta, all of it within each others favor. Now how about we start you asking several questions and i return with such. I'm sure thats suitable for our organisations background.

Subject: Re: Formal Introduction I bid you a good day Geoffrey Enfield,
Mutual understanding is certainly a must for the trade, so let me do the first step.
The IRMM is responsible for the development of emerging technology for use by MNS forces. Officially formed only recently, we're in charge of an entire system to gather Intelligence and conduct Military offensives to cripple foreign forces for Maltese Navy to push through. Gathering, processing and analyzing be it alien or human information is what we spend most of our time on. The new generation of weapons and warships is aswell handled by the IRMM and I as one of the Administrators oversee it all.
Now your operative said the BDM is supposedly on good terms with Malta since the Crimson Cross times. For that we'd like to have some material as Cadiz Cartel has been Disbanded and Legion Maltesa is occupied with Holidays aswell, leaving us as the main force around Malta apart from the MNS.
Please take note that these files are confidential, and to such I ask and request that you treat them as for eyes of those the Buro chooses to show. One of them being you, this history is long and stretched but one that has had quite the steady consistency of nothing short of a neutral-friendly approach.
It has been our goal to seek teams that might aid us in not only securing peace between parties against the corsairs, it was obvious that a House that had barely any contact with the Federal Republic was a choice. While these communications may have been from a long time ago, some perceptions and attitudes may have changed but our main goal is clear is that we treat the House Of Malta as a neutral Friendly entity at minimum.

Subject: Re: Documents
Secrets will be kept. We understand certain groups might not like knowing you work with us. This circle of hatred is very well known among Maltese populace and fuels the fire of our Nazion.
So these documents went as far as living aboard a Maltese installation in Beta only to be later moved to Gallicia. Rheinland Polizei,.. Rheinland Militar,.. Rheinland Bundestag, yeah you've done quite a lot and your organisation has quite a history with Malta, I like that. What I don't like is that I haven't seen your people around Malta for quite a while until recently, perhaps it's because you were taking care of this new MND group we've already met? Shedding some light on this would be good for you.
For a clearer picture of this, we want to know what forces are currently operating and docked on Gallicia before the Administration voices its concerns. We also assume all the payments in the time between NC's retirement and prior to this communication were handled.
Indeed , and simply put. Payment was in blood, and a good word for diplomatic relations that marked a large turning point for the House of Malta.
Our absence is clear though, unless we have a need to enter beyond Beta, then we tend to stay around there and most of that is if we can get our hands on some... Unmarked weapon shipments, does take a while to assemble several thousand rifles with serial numbers buffed away and to crack control chips inside the others for them to run without authentication all while making its origin unidentifiable.
In fairness, we come and go as we please and ensure that trust by not violating your house laws under what exceptions were lined out with the National Council.
And as far as what we have on Galicia, mainly light combat strike wings. Few bombers, fighters, recon craft... Unless things are getting hairy we tend not to send in anything heavier.

Subject: Re: Absence
I could say you've fulfilled your part of the bargain, but tell me Direktor, how has the public image of "Outcasts" as Rheinland knows them changed? Has there been any development since NC's representative engaged in a meeting with the Admiral of Rheinland Military nearly 2 years ago? I'm asking to know if Rheinland is ready to occasionaly see Maltese ships.
