Nerf Outcast ZoI in Devtonia

Besides the memes that The Outcasts are the saviors of the Bretonia nerf their ZoI in NL, Dublin 49 and Cambridge.

This is really annoying when you are waiting to fight with Brets, but you see a bunch of idiots on a cast ships. This is not okay.

What do I suggest:

Nerf Outcast ZoI up to systems bordering to Tau worlds, which includes Leeds and Newcastle in Bretonian borders.

Also this line is very funny

-Cannot ally with any lawfuls except when allying with Bretonia or Rheinland lawfuls.

I guess this is referring to the 4th flying caps down to Dublin.
Personally, I'd find it excessive to fly caps down through Bretonia and into Dublin to fight the Coalition without prior justifiable reason, and probably more importantly. Notifying BAF what you're doing. But I am generally against rules that prevent people from making bad move like this.
The 4th sending caps down to Dublin, without notifying Bretonia can cause some problems for the OCs in Bretonia, if they react to it. It then generates more RP on both sides. It also gives OCs reason to put the 4th on blast for being idiots and potentially making Bretonia and the Taus more dangerous.

Last time I flew to Dublin on my OC, we met a Coalition BC just shooting Clew Bay. Couldn't do anything but taunt him, and he was trying to convince us that Communism is good. xd

why don't we just delete the whole faction already?

They're worthless story wise. They have had no real impact since they were added back in Vanilla. It's time to stop pretending that they have any sort of influence on any part of the mod.

There's already precedent for deleting vanilla factions, so why not just delete another one.

Delete All factions Prysin is in, he only logs for pvp.

Kind reminder that Outcasts (in vanilia) were present in Leeds, Edinburgh, Manchester and London. It was all part of the cardamine trail leading to western independent worlds. It was also notable as place where Corsair and Outcast sphere of influence crash, with second such location being Sigmas.
