I have some Gallic Government and Laws feedback, and since the MNG (which the MRG appear to have become) are the only official lawful faction, hi, how ya doin', let's go.
Speaking as an individual rather than on behalf of NO-, I find your visa and ship licensing setup to be... grossly unnecessary, frankly.
Setting aside my annoyance at the delayed response to our initial contact attempt, it's just a pile of extra paperwork purely for the purpose of playing the game. It's further hindered by The Formula TM making all trade routes largely interchangeable; what motivation does anyone have to do all the extra paperwork when they can trade just as well literally anywhere else. There's several reasons y'all haven't had a whole lot of applications yet.
And as the delayed response shows (oops, didn't set that aside for long), y'all aren't exactly on the ball about your end of things either. But it's time-consuming, and I get that. I would wager that I'm basically the only person on Disco that actually has the time and inclination to handle individual visa applications for every character in Natio Octavarium that's not part of the OMG or employed by Aquila Defense Systems - and that's why most governments just assume it's handled in the background. It's tedious paperwork that few people actually want to deal with, and it doesn't add anything to the game.
I also object to the licensing needed for civilian tech. You're literally the only government that does that. I'll admit that this is partially motivated by my own faction's needs - when NO got canonized, we lost a lot of our tech permissions, and Gallic Civ is the only "regional" tech we still have. But seriously, it's civilian tech. I completely understand limiting Navy gear, but I'd strongly recommend dropping the licensing for civilian tech.
