WV-Stagen has been sanctioned for:

Quote:4.1 If you die whilst in a PVP situation, in any form, you are considered as ''PVP Dead''. A PVP Dead player must:
Leave the system the fight took place in for one hour. You must not carry cargo while doing so and must not engage in any player interaction while you are leaving. Other players must allow a PVP Dead player to leave the system.
Not re-enter the system they died in on any of their characters for one hour.
Not attack the player/players they died to on any of their characters for one hour.

Consequences:

You were engaging a Base when you were engaged by an enemy. You ran to a NPC Base and docked with the enemy on your tail. 30 minutes later you were back in the System shooting the same Base. The Rule above is quite explicit.

Loss of guns, Sanction Notice in your hold.

Well ... I was not pvp death.
It just so happened that I was not able to join the group. so i went back to yarem to relog. After being able to be in the group, I came back, but nobody interacted with me and I hadn't joined the battle yet. This is a mistake.

But since I was sanctioned for not realizing that someone was filming me docking to repair my status to be added to the group, I apologize. I will pay more attention to this in the future.
