Combat against entities at peace with Gallia in territories of the Confederacy is forbidden unless in self defense. Alike, combat against entities at peace with Order in territories of the Overwatch Protectorate is forbidden unless in self defense Aiding criminals and terrorists of Gallia is forbidden. Aiding enemies of The Order is forbidden. The space code of Confederacy extends its protection to Order ships, for so long they abide said law to the letter. The space code of Overwatch Protectorate extends its protection to Gallic ships, for so long they abide said law to the letter.

Greetings, honorable Overwatch and Gallic representatives.

Let me share with you urgent news about the last encounter with Liberty Naval forces in Omicron Minor system. For recent week or two, we detecting them more and more frequently. Sometimes meeting were ending up with sharing blasts and fire, but this time we managed to know about their interests in deep Omicrons. Here this report from my patrol wing.

Yesterday, about 13.00-13.10 I had common patrol with agent Asuras who got some troubles with nomadic couple Junkers in Omicron Kappa. After a little conversation, we tried to chase them to the Freeport 11 and met a sole Liberty Navy fight signed as [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix. After that, we continued patrol on route FREEPORT-11 > DABADORU > FREEPORT-11 > OMICRON MINOR without any issue until we detected another Liberty vessel came from the Alaska anomaly direction.
He refused to explain his presence but the next dialogue explains everything by itself.

It seems like, for all this time they tried to find evidence of our union between Order and Gallic Confederacy. I also add audio records to know more.

Mes chers amis,

So the Libertonians want to play the troublemakers ? It appears our little but very presence in the deeper Omicrons worried this organization that Liberty call a 'Navy'.

However I am surprised it is indeed their Navy and not their Intelligence Force. Have you spotted them recently? How the Libertonians managed to reach Omicron Minor? Also what is this Alaska anomaly?

You understand this is really concerning and it seems the Liberty Navy even tried to disable the Order vessels. The transports and military vessels of ours shall be informed imediately. Yet they should ignore them. Those amateurs that Liberty sent to the Omicrons shouldn't change our previous plans. We should rather pursue with a great determination.

We have to stand firm and we aren't impressed. If the Libertonians vessels come to annoy us or even for threatening our ships, then they shall suffer the consequences of their actions. We should be ready in any case.

Our relationship has been successfull so far and I would like to hear what the Order plans to do against this new potential threat.

Allow me to contact you personally without involvement with the rest of your people.
After large and continuous investigation I noticed a couple Nomad collaborators which worked together with known infected group and Nomads themselves. Their callsigns are Revenant and Cendre. Both of them were using Gallic Royal ships known as "Cougar" and "Lynx" and Gallic technology and this fact makes me think, former Royal Navy, now Royal Enclave can be linked to those two. Do you know anything about that or heard any related to these two pilots rumors.

Honorable Overwatch.
Allow me to enter Gallia space with few escorts to begin an investigation within Enclave. If suspicions are confirmed, we and Gallia are in serious trouble.
Nekhbet will stay in Omicrons to maintain guardship from external threats.

I identified the ships protecting the Nomad ship in the following form: Yamato|Aoi, Cendre'|Aoi, Fuji-7|Aoi, Bastardo|Aoi & Boogeyman|Aoi.

Merci for this information. This is quite concerning. I checked our datas and I haven't found any relevant information regarding these suspected people.

Nonetheless, our agents have been informed and we will keep an eye on them. The Division has been warned accordingly.

This is not the first time we notice a link between Nomads collaborators and the Enclave. Yet I don't think there could be a large infection within their members. Certainly isolated cases.

Further investigations shall enlight us on this matter.

Alaska

Alaska is a Liberty controlled system, officially redacted from any and all Sirian star charts. One of its entrances is labelled as “Zone 21” which according to official sources is a minefield surrounding Liberty Navy testing and training area. What I can say from The Order’s side is that we know how to get there without Liberty’s knowledge and that it was the birthplace of The Order as you and I know it today.

After the war, we noticed a definitive relaxation of rules concerning Zone 21 and by extension of that Alaska itself. However any unauthorized entry will be met with overwhelming and lethal response from LSF and Navy ships in-system in an event of discovery. I would require a formal notice from Admiralty of Gallia whether incursions into restricted areas adjacent to your Division’s jurisdiction falls within your mission parameters. After all, I could show you this and that but full ramifications of this act are yet to be known.

Personally I would not want to risk ending your naval career ending as a scapegoat for botched reconnaissance mission in a system that officially does not exist or worse, fall into captivity to be never heard from again. However if you have backing of enough powerful men and women in Gallia, something can be arranged...

Good evening, honorable Commandant.

First of all, let me notify you about successful reaching Gallic space through Omicron Tau and minefields and landed on Luneville decks to get a little rest before main task.

But the next question is of particular importance.
Due to recent hard actions against the Core and Nomads in Omicrons, we have a need for more places for injured and suffered combatants and operatives. Unfortunately, Dabadoru lacks enough place for them, but the numbers of suffered people increase every day. For the last two weeks, Delta has been really on fire, especially Kiribati asteroid field area. Some say they have seen splashes and flashes on the Freeport 11's telescopes.
Concerning the reason above we need a place looks similar to a field hospital. Let's say, a liner developed by your engineers, modified to become a hospital, able to get move between areas with large numbers of people with different levels of injury. If you agree with our request, just tell us, what do you need to pass it.

I have to apology for the delay. We have taken more time than expected in analyzing your words. Because they are Indeed...interesting. The High Command has been informed and they are discussing your proposal. Yet we have to find a real interest in this, giving the important risks to lose precious men… and have a diplomatic crisis with Liberty.

We will keep you updated and a high ranked officer of the Marine will eventually give you a positive or negative answer. We thank you for having provided us these information.

I am sure our Gallic citizens are glad to welcome you in Gallia. This must be certainly a great achievement for the Order as Gallia seems to be the first House to allow your registered vessels to fly in Gallia…

Regarding your request, the Marine does not produce such Liner and all trade of Gallic technology with foreign entities must have the approval of the Parisian Assembly. You may Apply to the Licensing and Permits Office for this matter.

Last but not least, the Marine expects the Order to only use this vessel -if the Assembly approves- for medical purpose. We don't want to see the Order using Gallic technology against the Core. If that is the case, they will have to be returned into our hands. This is the deal. I hope you can understand our concerns.

Greetings, honorable Overwatch, and Commandant Vaillant.

I apologize for that extended delay, but after my arrival to Omicrons high alert level has been raised and we felt pressure from the Nomads not far from the Akabat.
I've managed to reach systems under Gallic Enclave control, but the environment, as well as their locals, were quite unfriendly and enforced me to keep a vessel under cloak the whole time.
Not too much information we have from there except Enclave looks aware of our negotiations between each other. Concerning this fact, they can also know about Gallic operations in Omicrons, so be careful, try not to reveal your intentions. If infected cell inside Enclave exists, their spies may also know about this.

Besides, I am worried about the situation happened to us, Freeport 11 zoners and Enma Loyola, a known infected person. Our agents tried to stop her inside Freeport No-Fire Zone and this situation is the exception of the rule where we do not open fire. Freeport 11's administrator clearly know about our intentions towards infected and Nomads. But as far as I am aware, they declared a 48-hour ceasefire that gave her a time to disappear. It's been 2 weeks since declaration and still no information. Commandant, I recommend staying away from the Freeport to leave no chance for infectees.

Thank you for receiving me on the station's board and giving me and first-aid since I lost my fighter during recent combat and I hope, you weren't offended on the fact we began a fight inside Freeport No-Fire Zone. That was an inevitable move to protect civilians from the approached Nomad battleships and infested persons...

Believe me Starfire, breaking the No-Fire-Zone to shoot Nomads or Nomad Sympathisers is entirely fine with Velvet, plus I was on station in Velvet|Opal at the time of some of that Nomad business. I do 'ppreciate your concerns and this comm and do wish to continue our mutual cooperation against Nomad forces.

"Here is what is going to happen, we have reviewed the evidence provided by you and the evidence provided by miss Loyola. We have imposed a 48 hour time limit on Miss Loyola to be scanned for infection at Corinth Research Station, if she does not within that time then we shall agree with Order. If she does and she is found to be clean, then we shall agree with Miss Loyola.

So for that 48 hours, do not break the No-Fire-Zone again even if you suspect Miss Loyola.
