there is only system player list....but you will cry more there, when you get Gank treatment 24/7.
And then the month or two when they removed the player list from system-local was the worst month for bleeding players on record. I don't think the game actually ever recovered from it.

Freeworlds does this and as a result nobody can find each other unless they pre-plan their interactions on Discord.

and then spend 20 minutes jumping into one system
Probably worth mentioning that Freeworlds has an average of one player a day, which slightly skews the statistics.

People who want interactions for RP, use it to find others and succeed
People who don't want interactions with extra pew pew, when they just trade or RP, use it and succeed
People who want interactions for pew pew, can find people who also wants to find others for pew pew
Everybody is already happy.
Unless you want to find people who don't want to meet you.
Just find a way to limit Conn time per player per month and number of people allowed in conn at one time. It has it's uses but it also needs it's limits.
I think it’s a good idea to remove Connecticut because it will increase the level of RP. Most transactions will take place in the RP space and there will also be more ideas on how to replace Connecticut. As a replacement where you can fight, special zones will be erected as in Omicron Epsilon. More pirates will appear, lawful factions will play and fight against it. Of course, without Connecticut, it will not be the same as before, but I think the game will become more interesting. Or how about to play for some time without Connecticut to see what will happen. If everything will be okay, so let it be, if no, then back Connecticut
