> Mail Body := *Good day fellow officers. I would to report aprehending two high-grade capital enemy vessels, Helf.On.The.Shelf and IN|H-INS-Discovery.

Their loadouts are highly different from each other. The first one is a dreadnought class ship equipped to be a missile platform. Nightmares, Hurricane, Reapers I remember being identified during the battle. Recommending to have at least two FLAKs turrets, and/or CM or missile interceptor as a choice.

The second vessel is equipped to be an energy artillery platform based on the "Overlord" class ship. You can expect to be met by 2 mortars as its main weaponry, and Cerberus turret with 4 Liberty Battleship Turrets at close distance.

I would like to point out that vessel Helf.On.The.Shelf is definitely experimenting, as in previous encounters we remember being met by Heavy Mortars. Do not expect to be met by the same guns twice.

Engagement with Insurgents.

I started to patrol California when I was called into a group to fight insurgents. They were gathered about 15 miles behind California Minor a group of about 10. I was designated to be the CD pilot. They were well clustered and I got too close to INS-Los.Angeles and was wiped out. Lesson learned - his weapons had a longer range than mine. No one was trying to escape so I never used my CD ability.

Beginning of Report: Wile on duty I came across a Freelancer Pilot by the name of Kotovey In New York outside Planet Manhattan. The Pilot was flying a ship that did not belong in Liberty Space. The Target was flying a Rheinland Very Heavy Figher Sleipinr Class. After contacting the pilot and advising he find a new ship to use since his current ship wasn't welcomed with in Liberty space long range scanners picked up a Insurgency Class Capital Ship Arbiter Class Call sign Half.On.The.Shelf In The California system as well as a Insurgency Gunboat. After some searching were were able to find both vessels and remove both threats. Assisting me was Detective Ashford and Special Agent Lance.McKinnon with the Liberty Security Force.

Subject: California Encounter

Encounter 1 - LH~Airdrie.Tormentor
I left California Minor and began a tour of the system, noting that we has a Lane Hacker in the system. I began my search at Willard Station and soon joined various Navy and Police forces who had located LH~Airdrie.Tormentor. We cleared various Rogue NPC's and after discussion the engagement began. My guns have a range of 600m so he was firing on me long before he came into my range. I was knocked out quickly. Need some longer range guns.

Encounter 2 -|-"Silencer
He was discovered in grid 4D and followed to 5D where the encounter began. Again various Navy and Liberty forces engaged him. I was able to enter the encounter and get in some hits but the weapons were insignificantly impacting his shields. He was in a gunboat. On my fourth pass to attack him his guns knocked me out before I was in range to engage him. Shields down and armor down before I could respond. Direct hit. I died.

Greetings, below I am attaching certain important events that took place in Liberty under my watch the past few days. I am, of course, not including the regular daily smugglers and common cases of wrong IFF, papers, and the similar. It should be noted that Freelancer Rogellio_Del_Torrez was actively caught cooperating with Outcast vessels, I hereby request further action be taken on his 'standing' with Liberty. The corresponding report of the incident is the last one listed below.

Report - Insurgency fighter

An Insurgency secondary fleet fighter, tagged Lee.Deaton was spotted just a few clicks away from Philadelphia. I was there chatting with Freelancer Olivia Sable at the time. The Insurgent was using a pretty odd setup, mainly slow firerate hard-hitting weapons and a Mini Razor, with no Cruise Disruptor on board. He claimed his setup was optimal and that he'd show me it's power. It became obvious the man had a big mouth for his skill. I made short work of him.

Report - Two bombers

The cloaking bomber mentioned before at some point, with ship tag Chaos-Line was seen multiple times by me and Freelancer Olivia Sable passing by Philadelphia station, before and after the events written above. The ship was permanently cloaked, leaving from Bethlehem and going back there to restock every now and then. Just a few minutes after the bombers' first appearance, a second bomber, namely a "Thor"-class, tagged Decimus appeared, also undocking from Bethlehem, this one being a lot more eager to fight. After a few minutes of pointless talk, me along with Olivia engaged it. Soon later the first bomber joined in. We managed to take down the "Thor"-class and then chased down the other bomber which docked on Bethlehem.

Report - 2 Destroyers and 1 Outcast Dreadnought

Earlier today I was informed of the presence of 2 Destroyers, tagged BlackMist and MNS-Anaranjada respectively which I engaged immediately, at West Point. Both Destroyers ended up blowing up, the Dreadnought, tagged MNS-Extremadura was also shot down. Freelancer Rogellio_Del_Torrez who was on the scene attempted to help the Outcasts, which Olivia Sable could not let happen. She engaged him, and soon after he left, noticing of course that his 'friends' got beaten.
