Taking all of those big guns for firing on people in Connecticut seems a bit much! Thankfully, there were a bunch of other reports about your behaviour to balance it out. We even have some server text that pops up when you go into Connecticut to tell you about its special rules. Hopefully you'll read the text in Bastille that directs you here.
So, you'll be in Bastille until you state you've read and will abide by the rules, and we'll be holding you to it. Believe it or not, it gets even worse if you re-offend. I also want you to tell me about how you came to afford the ship that you have! Because it doesn't seem like you got the credits from other characters. All going well, you'll be returned to Syros.
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbors, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of GM Right #CTE 750AE
Hi, as far as people in Connecticut are concerned, they were all red, as soon as I entered that system they started insulting and threatening me. As far as I know, threats are against the rules. I was reported by those who were not even present at the described event, pure assumptions.
As for the question of where this ship and the credits came from, you know, I don't understand the question? The number of hours of play, missions ... multiply. So far, I have earned and spent at least 2,000,000,000 roughly, both on ships and equipment.I have only one character an doing missions with him.
When I kindly asked for help on the forum twice why my ship disappeared at the base on the planet New Berlin, on the first character, no one answered me. I understand your rules, but I do not understand your action, which is based on slander by, I repeat, enemy factions in the game. You certainly have an insight into the earnings and how it was achieved. Someone who calls himself a "Champ" to ask question about a fairly acquired credits while doing missions is not appropriate.By questioning the way the credits was obtained and doubting my honesty you have offended me and my reputation because you have an insight into everything and you know the way the credits was earned. If you think that "mind your own business" is an insult and that 15-20 million received from per mission is theft, then I have insulted and stolen. I read and understand your rules and it is up to you to act on your conscience. There are malicious and well-meaning people everywhere, even here.
Greetings from the old Freelancer player!

Connecticut is a non-roleplay system. That is, it is out-of-roleplay. That is, it does not exist according to the canon lore.
Just because someone is red, it does not mean that they are hostile. Shooting someone because they appear red to you is not inherently a justification to open fire, especially in a system that has nothing to do with enemy factions, diplomatic relations, hostility or roleplay.
You can fire on people that are red in other systems so long as you roleplay beforehand, it makes sense and you adhere to the rules and ID rules.
You were shooting at people before they had said anything to you. We know that. I don't appreciate your attempt at misrepresentation.
Players were present. You have to be present to be shot at.
As for your posts requesting help, they were either on a different account I can't find, or they don't exist. If you still want help finding that character, let me know, I'd be happy to investigate.
That's the carrot. Here's the stick though; I've taken what credits remained on your ship to cover the existing fine and your dishonesty. I strongly recommend you take some time to consider your next steps - don't be dishonest.
Otherwise that ship is staying in Bastille until you can explain to me in your own words what the following rule means:

Absolutely incorrect and unfair, I did not shoot at players but at one player. Only one other player was present at that moment. Everything else is speculation by others who have no idea what it is about. I didn't start the chatter and insult. You took all my money? Because you're wrong and because you're frustrated, how did I earn it ??? Shooting at them? You asked where my money came from? And? What was the source of my money? You are dishonest and overbearing, you force others to accept a mistake they didn't even make, but you make a big mistake and give epithets to others. As for your management of the virtual world in which you have the role of a "little God", you are free to keep both money and the ship. I hope you will cure your higher value complex with this.
Good luck in your fight for a successful game and I wish you to have more than 50 players a day on the server, although you will find it difficult to achieve.

Death logs show otherwise.

I can send you more of the evidence if you wish. You'll then see and hopefully understand why you have received such sanction.
That is two players like i told you in replay before, more evidence of what? Two of them? I never going to let anyone to insult me,tell me how i am toxic kid etc...no rules goin to stop me defend my self. Liked or not i have my one rules in my life. And yes,i was wrong, not 50 players on server but 50-70max. Hahhaa a big diference, pathetic.

Thanks for the real life advice. Your team has a licensed psychologist. We talked here about virtual life in which you play the role of Gods. As for the psychology of your personality, you can get my private email where we can probably talk about how I can help you.
