I apologize for the delay. Once again you bring to me important datas. I really did not expect that you would ever find the Embrun one day.
The Embrun was a Royalist battleship under the direct command of the Gallic Royal Intelligence. Thus, little is known regarding this ship. We know the following information, however. During the war, the Embrun cohort has conducted operations in the Newcastle system and it is believed it stayed there till the end of the conflict. The battleship sided then with the Enclave. Its current location could be explained by the fact the ship wouldn't stay on the same spot, especially with the end of the war. Or perhaps it is because of something else?...
I got bad news. The Kusari Empire has declared war to Gallia few hours ago. Their forces already occupy a large part of the Taus and formed a massive breachhead into Languedoc and Lorraine. Gallia is currently cut off from Sirius completely, as the Red Hessians still occupy Cologne.
We are gathering our forces as fast as we can, but the situation is tough at the moment.

I had observed the situation closely. It has me worried as this act is dishonorable by Kusari standards. The old Empire would find it liable of capital punishment to announce declaration of war after factual hostilities begun. I had called an urgent meeting of the Overwatch the day the invasion began. We reached our conclusion. We will be entering conflict on behalf of Gallia. The Order will use its soft power to influence Kusari’s malcontents to rise against the Empire. Weapons will be delivered to points of interests within Gallia to bolster your army, marine corps and state-aligned paramilitaries. Combat units will be dispatched to combat Kusari directly on Gallic soil.
This also brings me to a point. Restrictions on Order ships within Gallia will need to be relaxed or abolished altogether. The Extent of the help depends on Gallia’s willingness to permit us to operate more freely, including deployment of a number of fast carriers and their escorts to regions you will find fitting. We are unable to mount sufficient fleet to face off Kusari blitz head on, especially not without opening up our own world for attack to enemies that would see us extinguished from Sirius, so we will engage in partisan tactics or link up with Gallic navy to bolster your numbers.
Notify your admiralty and the government. Sooner the answer comes, the sooner I can get to work.

I knew I could count on the Order for being a reliable ally of Gallia. That is with a great pleasure we accept your help. Kusari has commited a terrible fault that set its fate for good. Such dishonour, such lack of values, for that they will taste the defeat once again. The Order may begin to deliver the needed resources as long as your logistic is ready. Kusari is invading Gallia from two fronts, Le Front Est being Lorraine and the Front Sud, Languedoc.
While the situation in the South is worrisome as it seems to be the main Kusarian spearhead, our priority is to defend Lorraine. This is the shortest way to Kusari, consequently if we stop their advance there, we likely can turn on the offensive and then consider an attack on Kusari proper, if they are stubborn enough to not ask peace.
Regarding your request, I have appointed this to the...slow politicians of the Parisian Assembly. Obviously the more you can freely operate, the faster the help would arrive faster and would be important. In case the Assembly is still drinking at the buvette instead of giving me a fast answer, the Marine Admiralty shall take the final decision.
Oh a last thing. Gallia being cut off from everywhere, I assume the Order knows how to deal in such situation for the logistic?

But I am here with exceptionally bad news. Do you remember Embrun? This ship is not the first one under Nomads hands - an hour ago our Commandant reported about the "Valeur"-class battleship that helped our mutual "friends" in Freeport 11 assault. The battleship was displayed on monitors as "RNS-Charente". This battleship already exists in our database, the person who is a potential commander is the so-called "La'Row" and I need to know everything about Charente and La'Row...of course if you know about him or her.
Besides, we keep spotting another group of sympathizers acting under mysterious {VD} banner. We've met them at least, two times. I also represent you with an excerpt from the report and photo-video materials.
Please, leave the response as soon as possible.

On the 30th of June, I despatched towards the Freeport 11, to check the status of the Zoner units and to potentially receive information about possible squid attacks. Upon arrival in the vicinity of the Freeport 11, I detected all of a sudden a Nomad fleet conspired of infested forces that were easily identifiable, as they were assisting the alien menace against humanity. Upon first sight, I identified what appeared to be an unknown Gallic warship assisting the aliens, openly attacking the Zoner forces. Our fleet combined out of Zoner and Order units, we disabled the hostile fleet with several losses. During the combat, an alien sympathizer, possibly infested, was detected assisting our regular threats. After the clash had ended, our forces immediately went towards the Taphanhes to report the incident we had to cleanse.
In sum, I want to say we have more questions than before, but you can't deny the Nomads are interested in Enclave.

Commodore, thank you for your compliments. Once again you bring to me some...disturbing news. I do know La'Row, duchesse of Champagne. She's part of the Enclave. She's a very manipulative person, but cautious as well. I never met her personally, even though she well tried to force me to. Now I can easily get the reason. The sympathizers you met are loyal to La'Row apparently. They went into Lorraine one week ago to find me and have a talk regarding the situation with Kusari. They were hoping for a kind of ceasefire.
Now I wonder what La'Row seeking in the Omicrons, especially with a warship. But either way that was a mistake from her. I am going to...keep a watchful eye on her intentions.

It has been some time isn't it? I am bringing some news about the situation in Gallia. The Kusarian forces have been pushed out of Dauphine thanks to the help of the Enclave forces, and we will soon repeat in Burgundy.
The war is far to be won, but our men are determined to give their life for Gallia, and sadly, too many of them already did.
I wanted to know if have succeeded in gathering any further information regarding the infection within Enclave and most importantly about Madame La'Row. Despite some reasearch made by our teams, we haven't found anything and I find your silence quite concerning as well.

Successful crusade

We haven't heard anything from you for a long time and, partially, it's our fault, but I am sure you would understand us if you'd see the most recent massive battle aftermath in Omicrons frontline against The Core - we still can't calculate the exact numbers of casualties and drydocks are overloaded. We won there, but a large part of our forces had suffered too.
Now closer to the thread. Regardless of the efforts against the Core, we managed to prepare a strike squadron and contacted the Royal Enclave colonel, which one was more tolerated towards us compared to others and, after that, I convinced him to begin a common operation against duchess La'Row. Don't think we allied with them - it was only temporary cooperation until we finish our work there. While our squadron was busy against Charente escort (nomads honored us with their visit, what a surprise), RNS Renaissance successfully assaulted Charente with, I hope, lethal results, along with small escort ships.
"One mind, one goal, one purpose". Remember these words, Amiral. This is the motto of every infected or collaborator we ever met.

I am sure you must be aware of battleship Embrun's reappearing in the Languedoc system and you should understand our concerns. Surprisingly, Enclave Defence Authority sent us news about the missing battleship that was belonging, as you said, to Gallic Royal Intelligence. So the fact of our scouts' presence in the Languedoc to make sure their words true shouldn't shock you.
Amiral, this vessel must be destroyed at any cost - leaving its crew and officers who might be responsible for Embrun's movement to the Tau-117 it's a huge risk for both you and Enclave. Furthermore, we should let it go to nowhere as fast as possible until infected officers might leave the battleship and hide within your ranks. Block the area, check every single flying in and out every royal vessel, exclude the possibility of their escape, and turn your firepower against the Embrun. If it's needed, our agents might be included in the cleanse since it's our direct job.

The Order stood relieved that the Gallic state had managed to fight off Kusari to a standstill and repel the invaders before they were able to inflict uncountable grief upon your worlds. It is also surprising that you had been able to enact such sweeping reforms, enacting a military republic on a scale of greater power with billions of souls under your rule. Your concepts are not too dissimilar from ones enacted within The Order’s Protectorate all these years ago, however proportions are incomparable.
This communication’s purpose is to reaffirm The Order’s continued commitment to co-operation with the Gallic State and its Military forces. We are still interested in retaining access to the Gallic systems within constraints of your law, as well as carry out joint operations against our shared enemies: for example the Outcasts, as soon as readiness of your armed forces favours such expeditions.

It has been a long time. Well, this statement is questionable but many things have happened since. Something that hasn't changed however, I am still leading the glorious Marine Nationale, still euphoric after its remarkable success during the war against Kusari.
The odds were very uncertain the last time we talked. But the war is won, Kusari failed into its invasion and suffered dreadful losses and so did I, but that wasn't in vain. All these events led to the liberation of the occupied systems of Gallia and to the Reunification and a large reform into our Government. The Confederacy is gone, I do not hide to you my great satisfaction from that!
It doesn't seem that the Gallic Union pronounced any directive suggesting a change within the terms previously agreed between the Confederacy and the Order. Therefore our joint activities shall continue, at least against the scourge that represent the Outcasts.
