Operation Cry Wolf
Official faction event Description
With the capture of XT-38 three months prior, the Insurgency has been baking a plan to draw a large Naval contingent into a surprise attack. Dependent on the element of surprise, the captured prison ship was mounted with an experimental hyperspace beacon and planted with Insurgency officers disguised with the uniforms of the LPI officers who once manned the ship. After some minor electrical work, and an IFF retuning, the ship was primed and ready for the Insurgency's endgame.
Now marked as thought lost vessel XT-27, the ship's goal is to act as a wounded calf for the hunters of the Liberty Navy. Calling for the assistance of Liberty lawful forces within Colorado under typical LPI encryption, the ship will beckon to it a rescue force from the local Naval defensive force, as well as some medical ships from the system's Police precinct.
Regardless of the opposition that shows itself, the Insurgency plans to win this battle through the typical Legion tactic of overwhelming brute force. Jumping into the system with ships headed by Gladius' Task Force Warhammer, the plan is to catch the Navy off guard, using shock value as a weapon; A fitting mode for the Burning Fist of the Insurgency.

Put as reserve for now. There are no fighter slots, but if there are enough people who want fighter slots to be added, then we'll add them.
Otherwise, I'd ask you to register a bomber if you have one.
