OC|Trent has been sanctioned for:

4.1 - If you die whilst in a PVP situation, in any form, you are considered to be ''PVP Dead''. A PVP Dead player must:

Leave the system the fight took place in for one hour. You must not carry cargo while doing so and must not engage in any player interaction while you are leaving. Other players must allow a PVP Dead player to leave the system.
Not re-enter the system they died in on any of their characters for one hour.
Not attack the player/players they died to on any of their characters for one hour.

Consequences:

If you die to another player, you need to find somewhere else to fly until your PvP death expires (1 hour). That means the ship you died on and any other ship you have stay out of the system until then, and it certainly means don't re-engage anyone the people who shot you in the first place. There are plenty of other things to do in that time. As you appear relatively new, I've placed a sanction notice in your hold, and you'll find your ship in Bastille until you can assure us you've read and will abide by the rules.

I have read the rules and understand them, but in this Situation i was Shooting down from a Player but i want to dock to freeport 10 and log out and dont Play again with this Char/ship.
The reason i want to dock to freeport 10 was, it is faster to make new Missions in tau-37.
I hope i become my ship back and the pvp dead timer is adhered to.
