Well, if the issue is just the tech cell shift, that'd be an easy enough fix. After givin it a more proper look, turns out moving this to civ would primarily just open it up to up house law enforcement and corp factions, and those groups don't really have much use for a ship like this or a reason to use it, so with that considered it'll probably work just as well if it stays under the BW cell even after the model change. Had a chat with devs too and they were also fine with keeping it BW.
Hopefully that sorts out the issue.
(but ye, as Toaster mentioned this was never intended as Barrier Gate SHF. That's a separate ship and will be added as a new entry, not a replacement for any existing ship)

It dies in a fire. It gets replaced by a cool ship with a forward gun and functioning hardpoints.
There's really no way anyone rational could want that thing to stay in the mod. It is exceedingly far below our current standards for models. It was also completely unnecessarily introduced: its stats are a literal copy-paste of the Spatial's. The Spatial is a Civilian, "Open use" ship. I'll never understand how the old Waran made it back in as such an incredibly uninspired ship.
Glad to see that box of polygons getting reworked. As much as I like ships that resemble a high speed collision, I won't miss the old Waran model. Necromancy may be legal in Cyrodiil, but few will openly admit to practicing it now that QA has banned it.
Some bits and pieces left to do here and there, but those are mostly technical stuff and the visual side of things can be considered final at this point, so unless some feedback results in some change, this is how it'll look ingame.
