The first question we would generally ask is - Why? But, I'm sure you have your reasons. We are allies, of course. We both suffer through troubled times and both need power in weaponry to survive. So now that you've passed the 'why' test, then the next question would be how do you wish to accomplish this task? You see, we cannot simply allow a ship of this.. magnitude.. to wave adios to it's makers and leave with you. Though.. you could come to us, if, your request is to merely learn of and replicate it's components..

Yes, your request does indeed seem suitable. I will allow your most capable technicians to stay here, on Malta, and complete their work under my supervision. I have a private villa your men will surely find most appealing to their desires. The Sarissa warship that I shall prepare for inspection will be one that has not yet seen space. Thus it is unnamed, unspecified, and lacking of any turrets or countermeasures. It will prove to be an excellent virgin vessel for the research to be conducted upon. I will give your men freedom to work on this project as they see fit. However, any hint of treachery and there will be.. problems. But, I highly doubt that will be an issue. I look forward to seeing what becomes of this.
