I am BDM Director Siegfried from your friendly neighbors in Rheinland.
I believe it's understood to both of us that security of the Cologne-Zurich corridor is paramount to the establishment of a greater channel for Gallic-Rheinland commerce and better relations at large.
We are preparing for a major offensive to re-capture Cologne for Rheinland, and I believe that a coordinated push from our forces in Stuttgart and yours in Zurich is an excellent opportunity for initiating the beginnings of a mutually beneficial and warm relations between Rheinland and Gallia.
To that end, I would like to invite a delegation from the GSB to discuss the nature of relations between our two organizations, and that of our houses at large.

Director Siegfried,
Antonin de Lusignan, Director of the Security Bureau. A pleasure to meet you, although not in person. In other time your invitation could be accepted, however, right now is better to act than spend time in talks.
Forgive me for my lack of tact, but I will cut to the chase: We both have to agree with the importance of this system for relations between the Gallic Union and Rheinland. Securing it should be a priority for Rheinland, per Gallic side is under control: our border guard has enough of forces to repel Hessian incursion, should they attempt run to Gallic space. However, should Rheinland forces require assistance in the liberation of Cologne, the Gallic Union may send a group to help you; depends on the decision of the Seigneurs, of course. After all, this corridor has urgent importance for commerce between our houses, doesn't it?
Regarding the Cologne situation, I am assured by our military liaison that a Gallic contingent remaining in Zurich should be enough to prevent unlawfuls from retreating or reinforcing through Zurich, and that our own forces should be sufficient for re-securing the trade corridor.
Besides Cologne, I do believe that we share quite a few mutual interests that are better served by a friendly disposition between us than not - though, whether my impression is correct is up to you to decide.

Director Kai Siegfried

Director Siegfried,
I believe we had a mutual understanding of stances toward each others' systems, however, it appears that some of the secondary branches to the MND think otherwise. Rheinland Intelligence Gunship, the Schloigt, was spotted in Zurich at the vicinity to Oerlikon Stellar Observatory, Captain of the said ship refused to respond our communication and was disrupted while tried to escape to Cologne. I believe you know how to handle this situation, and therefore your people can arrive at Battleship Dax for transferring the crew. Make sure this will not happen again.

[30.03.744 07:55:19] Death: Schloigt was put out of action by GSB]-GNS-Renaissance (Gun).
It is good that we are on the same proverbial page on this matter.
As for the persons detained in Zurich, we have no records of any sanctioned intelligence operations beyond Cologne in that direction - it is possible that they are a hessian false-flag operation or grossly incompetent. In either case, a gallic prison is by far a more humane fate than what would befall them if we came to collect.

Director Siegfried,
Well, if you are not familiar with these individuals then you will hold no regret for their fate. Walkout to an open space without a suit is not the worst they could suffer for trespassing our space. Speaking of which, would you like to get what remained from that gunship?
The gunship remains are something that I would like to retrieve - the black box should tell us whether or not the ship is genuine, and if so, where these insurgents have gotten their hands on one.
If you are permitting, I can dispatch a retrieval team to Zurich immediately.

I've taken liberty to look into your past communication with Direktor Siegfriend and, seeing how this is neglected for unreasonably long time - take over the discussion. And look back into operational archives while I'm at it - and this definitely wasn't the Buro retrieval party. Neither I, neither Direktor would've never approved of what looks like an intrusion rather than an adequate composition to perform the task.
You're naturally welcome to exercise your objective judgement in dealing with every case of intruding elements - neither Buro, neither Rheinland Military sanctioned any warships to enter Gallic Union Sovereign Space.
Treat them as rogue elements and deal with them accordingly, as you're in your full right for this.
As for the crew retrieval - I'll see to dispatching an armored transport, Logistical Vessel Borkum - on 4th of June, at 14:00 SST. I'd expect you to deploy some of your own agents to oversee it going smoothly.
It might be the case that I'll be personally overseeing this in space.
