So to the details of the contract.

1) We will need to know from what base in Sirius would you get the food commodities, which you also need to specify, so we can calculate amount to be paid for the contract to be worth your while.

2) Target destination would be the Lorraine system

3) Drop off base would be a Gallic Union planet, although we expect it's affiliation to change within the following months to an independent world, partly thanks to your aid.

4) What kind of a size of contract are you looking for - we can offer one to the tune of up to 250,000,000 total.

5) Hauled commodities required: Any food commodity from a base in Sirius. 200 crates of propaganda from a Maquis base in your last shipment. All commodities are legal in Gallia, but the sinister Union might try to repress both food supplies and freedom of speech - you never know with these maniacs that care little for their own people that divert resources towards making warships while letting their people starve to death.

6) Your humanitarian act that will help the starving people in Lorraine will be transmitted via a news service of a long reach, providing your company bonus free advertisement, but also the Union will know that you have helped the people on The Front's behalf and that you were working with us. Once again I want to stress that a normal human being wouldn't care who has helped - but they are evil to the bone and might hold that against you.

War is hell. I know this all too well. Unfortunately, civilians are the ones hurt by war more times than not. People struggling to find food to eat is inexcusible. It is important that we come to terms as soon as possible as to aid the people of your undisclosed location. Do note that our ships are already posturing for our potential humanitarian mission.

Planet Los Angeles in the California System is one of the bread baskets of Liberty. It's lush, green landscape provides fertile lands which to harvest vast quantities of foods with various nutritional values. I have contacts in the farmer's markets, meat packing plants, and orchards to begin assembling packages to be shipped by ConEx. I have received the market receipt for these packages of Food Rations. They are selling at 75 sc/unit.

This will be the first contract of Constellation Express. As such, we believe the first signing of 50,000 units of food rations will be sufficient as a sample with an option to expand the contract to another 50,000 units of food rations should both sides agree.

We eagerly await your return submission as we gather our ships for this mission. Lives are in the balance!

Bill, Here is the final contract we propose:

- 59,000 crates of Food Rations to be Hauled by Conestellation Express on behalf of the Front de Liberation de Gallia from Planet Los angeles to Planet Metz in Lorraine.
- 1,000 boxes of propaganda to be hauled from any Maquis base to Planet Metz in Lorraine.
- To be finished by: One month from issue of the contract
- Payment due on completion - 250,000,000 Credits of your choice
By accepting the contract you agree for your humanitarian aid on behalf the Front de Liberation de Gallia to be made public as the Front sees fit.

Contract Details: Humanitarian Supplies

Organization Contract with: Constellation Express

This contract is a singular contract with the option to expand a further 50,000 units of Food Rations.

This contract involves the supply of commodities to :
Planet Metz, Lorraine

From:
Planet Los Angelas, California - Food Rations X59,000
Any Maquis Base, Lirraine - Propoganda X1000

Terms of contract

1. Constellation Express agrees to deliver 59,000 units of food rations from Planet Los Angeles, California to Planet Metz, Lorraine.

2. Constellation Express agrees to deliver 1,000 packets (units) of propoganda from any Maquis base in Lorraine.

3. Constellation Express will provide proof of delivery by on-ship snapshot with timestamp.

4. Upon delivery of time stamped snapshot, FLG has 1 week to deliver payment of 250,000,000 Sirius Credits (SC). 200,000,000 SC is to be wired to the account labeled {ConEx}Bank with the remaining 50,000,000 SC being delivered to the people of Planet Metz by way of charity or other organizations dedicated to assisting it's people.

5. Should contract articles 1-4 be satisfactory to both parties, a second contract may enacted with the exact same items described. Both parties must sign this extension. Should any items be altered for a contract extension, a new contract must be drafted and bound.

6. FLG may request status updates at any time. Constellation Express has 24 hours to respond.

7. FLG must assist in de-escalating any hostilities between Constellation Express and any entity that wishes to remove credits, commodities, or life from any Constellation Express vessel and it's associates. This includes allies and enemies of FLG. The terms of this article only includes the area known as Gallia.

If both parties agree can they please sign the agreement below and that will bind the contract officially
