Lieutenant John Graham of The Order Overwatch speaking, I am setting up this communication for future deliveries of shipments to the Xeno Alliance, on behalf of The Order. Due to the times both of our organizations face and the need to remain capable in terms of fighting power, as well as our previous relation of cooperation both in and outside Liberty, The Order has seen fit to increase the amounts of produced weaponry.

With that comes the fact that we value our allies, and as such, have and will maintain a secure transit route for shipments of Kemwer Munitions. Now, to get to the main point. We've delivered 12,670 units of these munitions to Fort Ramsey, as a first mission in this.

While we do not require payment nor any compensation for this, it would of mutual interest to provide information of any other required materials and we will attempt to deliver them accordingly.
