Tyrone wakes early and looks out of his quarters window aboard Ulster Station, which is now the proud Head Office installation of his company. This company is Team Convoy Logistics, and is incorporated into the group of Interspace Commerce companies.
Tyrone has just made a large purchase of two more installations to add to their real estate, and both of these installations are capable of manufacturing special equipment which is used on a variety of vessels. Advanced equipment that can make ships invisible and also can Hyperspace jump them to other locations, along with tactical equipment that can summon full fleets to assist in engaging enemies.
He has already put out a communication Sirius wide to all Engineering organisations, and asked them for help to physically move both installations to Dublin, which is the location of Ulster station. Ulster station has just gone through an extra refit, which includes extensive defenses, which were introduced after a new installation within Omega 3 system which was consequently destroyed during initial building, which has left Tyrone devestated, but determined to improve this part of the company greatly and secure even more real estate.
He sits and ponders on a slightly different way of moving the bases, but cannot quite work out how he is going to accomplish this without the help from engineering companies. So Tyrone decides to consult with his Vice President who has had past experience within Sirius dealing with similar situations.
He sits at his desk and sends an internal communication and asks for his advice......
Teresa arrives at Ulster station, fashionably late as usual. Though she's telling herself, that this time it wans't her, but the authorities fault, as they held her up for a few hours because of the vessel she was travelling on. Her pride, the still shiney Bustard carrier, hadn't been registered with the bureaus yet. Teresa didn't like that sort of bureaucracy, that's what she had people for, after all.
As she's embarking on the station, she's looking around as to where to meet Tyrone.
She finally spots a coffee-shop and sits at one of the tables in a dimly lit corner while she sends one of her assistants to announce her arrival. Although she's sure no-one could miss the arrival of her shiny, new ship.
As she's waiting for Tyrone, she ponders the dilemma their company is facing and glances over to her briefcase, filled to the brim with relevant documents and suggestions as how to handle this.
Tyrone is sitting in his office and is going through some paperwork.... "KNOCK KNOCK" ...
"Come in"
Teresa's assistant enters and announces her arrival to the station.
"Thankyou I will be there in five minutes"
The assistant leaves Tyrone to gather some paperwork, then he decides to make his way to the coffee-shop to meet with his Vice President Teresa.
Arriving in the Coffee shop they exchange greetings and Tyrone explains the situation about not being able to secure an engineering company to dismantle the bases and to re-assemble them. And he explains that they would need to try and think of other ways to do this and make it a very precise operation and make it possible to relocate the bases within the Dublin system.
So Tyrone and Teresa start to contemplate ideas and see what they can come up with that can secure the bases to their new location, and Tyrone explains that their is no limit on cost of the final decision on how to tackle the moving problem.
Teresa's staring into space, gathering her thoughts. Finally she's grabing her briefcase and places a stack of paper on the table between the two of them.
"So if we can't count on the support of engineering companies, we need to tackle several problams ourselfs. Biggest ones being Logistics, getting those bases moving, and a route along which we're facing as little obstacles as possible, as well as security for the transportation, as all the weapons plattforms, as well as anything else not bolted down, will be disabled."
Teresa pauses, looking into a worried face on the other side of the table.
" First things first, Logistics. If we can't dismantle the bases, we need enough ships, with enough power to tow these monstrosities. I'm sure our transportation division can muster some heavy transports to assist with that, however the brunt of it will need to be carried by specialised vessels. The Hercules comes to mind. I think aquiring these and making sure they are up to the tasks, or if another vessel is needed, should be delegated to our newly assigned Chief of Logistics, as well as plotting the safest and best route. I'm sorry, but i can't seem to remember the name.
Now to the point of security. I think it'd be best, once the route is fixed. To contact both involved Governements to get the route approved, as well as clearing the need for escorts, both for safety against any possible attacks or hindrance by unlawfuls, as well as for the safety of civilian traffic along the route. It's not every day someone's moving a base through house-space, let alone two. These official communications and negotiations can be handled by the respective House-Directors of our staff.
If all of that works out we can let our Chief of Security our own escort vessels, to assist the Governement's vessel in any way needed, and provide additional security for the whole convoy."
Teresa finishes her speech, what felt like a monologue. Looking tensely at Tyrone, wondering if she mentionend everything she had thought of on the way here.
"Well Teresa, I must say you have some really good points you have put forward, and I think they are all very valid to the subject in hand"
Tyrone has been writing down everything as fast as he can and really believes that if everyone pulls together, TCL can make this movement happen. In the meantime he has asked for some refreshment to be brought in and they both have a break from their meeting.
After their refreshment, Tyrone suggests that we try and locate enough of the Hercules vessels, which will initiate the towing of the bases through alot of territory and of course alot of hostile space. getting the bases moved in such a logistical operation is going to take some organising and teamwork.
"So Teresa, if we can locate some of these Hercules vessels we can make arrangements for some tests to see if they are powerful enough on their own to accomplish the task we need them for."
"I think that a communication to our Chief of Logistics is necessary for him to locate these vessels for us, and then we can do the tests."
Alot of ideas and integrations have been discussed, so now they must do things in the right order to be able to pull this off.
"Mhm, so that's that. I will draw up a plan of action outlining the different phases and send it to the board, so everyone's on the same page.
I agree that we should get phase-1 going as fast as possible. As soon as the board has all the papers, I will contact David Jamison directly so he can get started."
Teresa pauses..
"There might be a slight wrinkle in the plan though.
It might very well be possible, that we need to ferry a few[ Inspecteurs and Diplomats to the station, in order to get everything signed off. But i guess we'll cross that bridge once we get to it.
Teresa graps her papers and stuffs them all back into her briefcase, not caring about stacking them neatly together. Under the watchful eye of Tyrone she's slowly standing up.
"I guess we're finished now?
I will be in my quarters aboard the Lumbering.Ciprus fighting all those papers."
With that Teresa walks away with rapid strides, leaving Tyrone behind.
As Chief of Logistics Jamison reads the initial proposal for the Ulster base movement, his brow furrows and his eyes narrow.
As usual, the first thing he notices are the potentials snags and snafus.
But then, that's his job.
Ironing the wrinkles of of the misconceived plans of bean-counters and bureaucrats and dragging them inexorably toward an actually workable plan via ceaseless wrangling, persuading and arguing.
His eyes take on a distant look, the old "thousand yard stare". (as they called it in his days as a military Warrant Officer, hence his preference to be called "Mr. Jamison")
It isn't long before he is deep in an internal dialogue, his eyes flitting about as he ponders various contingencies and exigencies. Problems and solutions.
This is where he is in his element. A perfectionist with an INTP personality profile.
Many people are put off by his tendency to seem distant and inattentive due to his constantly calculating and recalculating the issues at hand, his mind always working through the problems of the day.
But for those who draw his full attention, his riveting ice blue eyes and personal intensity can be quite unnerving.
He meticulously keeps his professional and personal relationships separate, and those few within his small, close social circle will seemingly speak of a entirely different individual.
A warm, witty, charming and personable man with a great sense of humor.
But today, he resolves to bend people and reality to his will, and to overcome the obstacles impeding his endeavours.
He will accept no other result, as always.

It has been a while, since we have done our plans for the installation movements, but tomorrow is the day we initiate all the plans that were put forward by all involved.
We will be meeting in Galileo at an undisclosed time and when everyone is available and ready.
So it is basically a time to hope that nothing goes wrong and I will be personally doing a detailed report of the movement.
Tyrone sits in his chair and sends the message out to all involved and wishes everyone good luck.
