(New Section) 6-3 The following organizations belong to a State or Nation currently in a state of war against Kusari. Aggressive operations against these organizations and their Human and material assets are authorized to all forces of Kusari wherever possible, as long as the state of War is in effect:

Sections 1-2 (territory) and 1-3 (ZoI) have been altered to the following:
1-2 -> sovereign territory (sovereign house space as per server rules)
1-3 -> claimed territory
1-4 -> Kusari protectorates
1-5 -> 'outer patrol zones' (Sigma ZoIs)
Introduction of 1-6 as paragraph for the already listed treaties.
Rewrite of 2-2 (piracy) and 2-3 (assault) to reflect the sphere of influence alterations.
Introduction of 2-5 (military espionage), 2-6 (pledge of support to criminals), 2-7 (re-introduction of improper passenger transportation), 2-8 (public misbehaviour) as new criminal offenses.
Adjustments to the listed fines in 3-1 have been made. 3-2 wording changed, content remains the same.
3-3 (Criminal database reference) was removed.
4-2 (restricted cargo), re-introduction of POB materials as restricted cargo.
5-2 (Foreign Military/Police/Intel) features a rewrite.
5-4 (Hostile tech) now also features OC technology.
6-1 (hostile groups), JM tag added to avoid confusions with normal Junkers. Crayter Republic and Natio removed due to recent RP. Farmer Alliance moved to 6-2 to reflect a stance of "what they do outside Kusari doesn't concern us mostly."
6-2 (unwelcome groups) altered to reflect the server rules updates to lawful IDs. 6-2-1 removed.
7-8 (base construction fees) features an increase in price for all listed regions.
- Clarifications regarding law application (RP aspect) in the different Zones.
- Change to the Zones (Protectorate, ZoI and Sovereign Space) to reflect recent changes.
- A more thorough explanation of several criminal offenses and other law paragraphs, with important bits highlightend for ease of orientation.
- Changes to Human transporting clause II-9 (1000 cargo to 250 cargo), exemptions remained the same.
- Introduction of two (2) new criminal offenses:
II-8 -> Calls for a forceful regime change/surreptitious activities against authorities
II-10 -> Refusal to state starting and "delivery" point for human cargo if requested is consider an act of human trafficking
- Updated Contraband list with the following new additions:

- Added Cryer Pharmaceuticals as permitted ID to haul Human Organs
- Adjustments to the fine guideline, namely the sums, were made.

- Hostile target list was expanded through the inclusion of Supporters of criminal organizations as per II-7 & II-8
- Modular base fees were adjusted
- VI-5 (eligible parties for the special construction zones was specified to refer to factions/groups with NO NPC bases. This does NOT affect current existing bases, only future ones)
- Timeframe for VI-8 (Dismantling clause for abandoned/strongly decaying bases) was reduced from 3 weeks to 2 weeks
- Extension of the forbidden technology list. New entries are:

- Paragraph VI-8 (Dismantling clause for abandoned/strongly decaying bases) now specifies the state of "in decay" to come effect at a hull loss of 20%.
(Please keep in mind that with the current PoB balance, such decays require many months of zero supplies - The % will be changed immediately when a rework hits)
The timeframe to react (in hard cases, i. e. no ooRP notifications either and clearly known the owner is gone) was reduced to ten days from prior 14 days
- Re-adjusting credit numbers to fit into the new economy.
- Adjustments to systems to reflect recent changes.
- Removal of currently unavailable contraband from the list (to be added back if economy brings them back)
- Addition under IV-4, restricted technology: ships utilizing 'Hybrid' technology
- Introduction of IV-6a. - “Amaterasu”-class Liners found not in possession of Samura Industries or without valid certification provided by Samura are subject to seizure or elimination.
- Removal of free development zones for PoBs over the new integration of PoBs into economy.
