[FLHook] pob builds type 2 instead of type 3 cloak disruptor

Bug: /base facmod gear nr 14 (listed as cloak disruptor type 3) starts construction of a type 2 cld instead of type 3

After entering /base facmod to get the list of gear indices and seeing that cld-3 is nr 14, I entered

/base facmod add 12 14 (the factory is in slot 12) to start construction of a cld-3 and it started building a cld-2 instead.

It must be a fairly new or only randomly occurring bug because I built several clds of all 3 types before and dont remember it happening before.

Typo on my side can be excluded because of arrow up command cycling.

After building another one, I could confirm that only the message in the f9 menu says it's building a type 2 cloak disruptor instead of type 3.



It actually does build the correct type (found out after it finished building it), only the f9 info label is wrong.
