Massive Kudos to @ViciousJeff for organizing and hosting the racing event. This one got more attention than any races hosted by the AFC when they were active, and I think this was also a very successful event. All five races had their own intensity despite having different rules, and while some spectators found the last race a bit boring and surely didn't hesitate to voice that during the race, I had a blast watching the racers trying to keep focused and staying alive while fearing every CD, every Zapper shot and every cerb deshielding them. An absolute nail biter to the end!
Looking forward to see more events like these that aren't just organized snub fights! I also loved how many spectators were around and how they interacted with each other. The perfect scene for the OSC liners! It was super sweet to see the random ships that gathered over time.
Also Kudos to Karst for safekeeping the event. Always good when players and staff cooperate!
Kudos to the everyone that was down at the races. Good fun. Needs minor tweaks, but otherwise great event.
Also props to Karst for being there and spending a good chunk of his own personal free time to make sure the event goes as planned.
