'I would like to be half as clever as some people like to believe they are' Life is full of disappointments, it is how we handle them that helps to define us, as a person

Today it is 199 PoBs. That's 15 PoBs less, and this means this change has been stronger than Wesker. Turns out the pen is stronger than the Jormungandr.

Please.. dont call it.
Having performed a base Core upgrade plus 3x new Storage modules simultaneously in the last 3 days, (thanks in large part to the changes to repair rates) the newly christened Barge JGDco.US-Jormungandr begs to differ!
("Jormungandr" is the name given the World Serpent in Norse mythology, however the word simply
means "Enormous Monster" in Old Norse, which I thought was an appropriate name for a Barge.)

Just did another count at 195 today. At this point there's a very steady rate of 1 PoB deteriorating per day.
With 113 PoB's at 100%. So at this rate the total number of PoB's could theoretically end up halved by July.
i have a question, don't know if someone already spoke about it, if did i'm sorry, there are 5 or 6 bases that are special, and on the list they have enormous % ... what about then? are they free from this deteriorating rate?

They are some special Core 1 'derelicts', that have infinite health and no wear & tear, but cannot be upgraded. Or they might be some old bases from events, which were also invulnerable.
