My great apologies for such a late message, we meant to make contact some time ago but I was off on another diplomatic mission and came back to a literal mountain of paper work.
I understand our diplomatic mission to meet you in Omicron Gamma was a success and our embassy has been set up, yes? I'm making contact today to reveal as to why the Republic made such a bold move.
The Crayter Republic wishes to cooperate with the Deterrence against the Outcast menace that have plagued both peoples for years. Our shadows have noticed your forces have done well to combat them. The Crayter Intelligence Service wishes to provide intel between both groups, and kill teams to be dispatched into the Omicrons to disrupt the Outcasts. With the Corsairs providing shelter from prying eyes, and refueling.
The Crayter Republic hopes we can come to an understanding and cooperate against the Outcasts.
In service to the Republic.
Lily Ward
Minister of Foreign Affairs
Crayter Republic
I must echo your sentiment in terms of duties - it is our lot in live it seems to meet never ending deadlines. Both in terms of paperwork and on the battlefield as is my case. Alas, we must accept our roles with honor and do the best we can with what we're given. Apologies for the delay on my end as well, a lot of actions required my attention recently.
Onto the matter at hand - we've had rather successful dealings in the past. Our fleet recently protected both Roma Invicta and Prison Station Nicosia, which now remain safe. We've defended our borders effectively, despite the numerous enemies we have. With that in mind, Outcasts and Core's alliance remains an unpleasant business.
Your words speak true and I think it's time we formalized officially an agreement of our own. I would be happy if you or a representative of your own, would join us at Deterrence Sanctum in Omicron Gamma. We can ratify a treaty between our two great nations and establish mutual cooperation and intel sharing against our common enemies. Please let us know when you are available. There's always the matter of security too - given the history of previous meetings. I would be happy to send an escort from our side to supplement your forces - my Cimitarra Company is currently enjoying some R&R and needs an assignment.
Keep me appraised of any developments.
Sinceramente, Executor Ravenna Nagash

I must apologize Executor, but you will not be talking with Mrs. Ward. I thought you wouldn't respond, otherwise to get your attention I might've needed to pay a personal visit.
Otherwise else call me S. You don't need to know more.
Anyways...
I'm looking to deploy kill teams out in the Omicrons to hunt Outcasts. Something we all know and love. I'm looking for a secure place to launch their missions from, the freeports are not an option due to proximity of outcast presence. Only small craft popping up here and there to ensure they have something to be scared of. Shouldn't be a problem right?
I must say, this is a little hush hush, and my boys aren't there to help you otherwise. Just making a sport of the hunt. With complete deniability. If they die, tragic. If word gets out, just a costumer of Crayter Defense Industries. They won't be taken alive. I've made sure of that.
So Executor, what do you say? They may, or may not,...... be out there already.
Senor... S, I guess? Sounds weird, but I'll go along with it.
The Executor is currently indisposed, so I'll handle this matter instead.
What you offer sounds to me like a one-sided deal. We host your agents, they attack Outcasts from our base, they get traced back and our base gets raided. That is no bueno.
You see, senor S, a deal needs to make sense for both sides, and having a common enemy is not enough to justify an outstanding risk for our assets.
My question to you is: what can you offer in exchange? Something that can compensate for the security risk, if you understand where I'm going with it.
Take it into account that we don't fully trust you yet, so the best we can do is grant limited access to sleeping quarters and hangar only. Anything else would be off-limits to your agents. I'm sure you understand, we deal with a lot of data passing through our network and we need to build trust before exposing it to another party.
I'm waiting to see what you got up your sleeve, senor S.

Senor Galanis, I sure hope you have noticed the ENTIRE CRAYTERIAN EMMBASY on your sanctum. Have you seen the outside of your office anytime recently? I escorted them to your sanctum myself!
Anyways... maybe seek help
This is far from a one sided deal, but I'm guessing you also never heard of that "miracle seed" we gifted to the Corsair Empire either or if it was ever used. A wasted sign of goodwill. I risked international integrity for nothing and probably an execution?
You also have much larger problems. The Basilica being sighted on the other side of Sirius is very very very VERY no bueno. For you. I saw it myself. So why don't you pass me along so I can continue my conversation, I know you're reading this Executor. We have much more to unfold, I just need that yes. So the ones above don't have my head. We all want to see her fall.
Since when a mere agent denies me a conversation with Mrs. Ward? Massimo asks himself after hearing the news from High Commander Galanis. Very well then, we'll proceed accordingly. Galanis, assemble my security detail and meet me at this so called "emmbasy". Bring some fireworks too, I don't intend to knock and await to be invited inside.
Everything is set once Massimo arrives at the spot. He turns his sight to Galanis and the next moment breaching charges pulverize the doors of the Crayter embassy. He enters right away, noticing the Crayterians thrown to the ground by the blast. Buenos dias, amigos. I hope your hearts are still in one place, Massimo said. Let me introduce myself, I am Executor Massimo Insigne. The petrified Crayterians listen helplessly: Senor Galanis briefed me about our developing relations, and they're not going as planned. I must remind you about two things we hold dear: manners and respect. It's essential for the future of our relations. Agent S should be well aware of this.
Now, with this out of the way, keep close to High Commander Galanis. He'll be Deterrence's liaison with Crayter Republic. For your sake, I hope my presence won't be needed again.
To: High Commander Eros Galanis From: Classified About: Now that, that, is over with. Encryption:Complete
Senor Galanis, Thank you for notifying the embassy of who is their point of contact delegation is. I'm sure they won't forget it. I have an update on our status, we're ready.
The Charybdis will soon reach the Omicrons. You'll see it as a Hydra-class Gunboat. You will find its performance most exceptional.
May I remind you, we're here for the Maltese. Over time more Shades will sortie into the Omicrons as well. With a point of operation close to the front, the hunting grounds will be ripe with Outcast vermin. You may make some observations as we continue our talks of possible cooperation. We believe they'll make a major front soon, but time will tell how soon. Perhaps as the future unfolds we may gain some intel on the matter.
I regret to inform you that we were waiting for a while but no Hydra-class Gunboat arrived at our bay. Perhaps it did not survive the trip? The Omicrons are a dangerous place, one Gunboat alone might not be best suited to travel such areas.
In the meantime, we have been working to establish Ravenna Invicta, an installation in Omicron Xi, as a defensive front in the system. It would be better to store your troops there, as attacks in that system are far more frequent and it has seen more sniffers explode to their death than any other.
I recommend that you send out a few vessels, maybe an armored convoy. Bring pilots and auxiliary personnel only, as we can't supply fuel to capital ships nor food for their crew.
