I will get straight to the point to avoid wasting your time amigos. For years Del Sol been the symbol of the Brotherhood strength but at a cost. For the last few weeks, my team been doing inspection on internal and external structures and news are ... no perfect but good in fact. While the outside structure mostly hold thanks to some tape, wire and love, the internal structure is in perfect shape.

I therefore have to announce that the 5th and last part of the plan for the base will be starting soon. The plan is to overhaul completely the base by upgrading all the current modules. This can be achieved with ease by our technicians but might take some time. So the question which burning your lips: Is Del Sol will still be accessible? The answer is yes but not all docking bays will be for the duration of the construction.

- Bay 1 and 4 will be used exclusively by techs to store their tools, components and their EMU (Extravehicular Mobility Units)
- Bay 2 will be reserved for general purpose which include but not limited to traders coming to pick up artifacts and relics we have in store.
- Bay 4 will be reserved exclusively for the members of the brotherhood.

We currently have no time frame on the duration of the overhaul. I do understand that many won't be happy about this but trust me, the old base need ALOT of love and you'll thanks me later. For now we will keep you informed if we have any special requests that would require assistance from the Brotherhood Transports fleet as some specific tasks.

Madre de Dios! Why nobody told me our project was going to be on the news? Seriously? if i knew, i would have invited canal uno staff to a visit of the installation! Elder Rodriguez been a slacker AGAIN? I don't mean to be disrespectful but you senor is a stupido cabron who should shower with water instead of rum!

Whatever! The current overhaul going pretty well with the pesos the relics provide. We hired ALOT of corsairs contractors but not enough but still, the work is going smoothly. BUT not as fast as expected because you gringos spending money on the hiring farmers instead of construction workers for me! Santa muerte will punish you!

On this, Overhaul of bay 1 and 4 is completed. So the 1 and 4 are now open to the general population and traders. The 2 for now will be reserved for the contractor and the brotherhood while we started to work on the bay 3 so we can accommodate bigger vessels!

According to the schedule, we should be able to also put the new energy core online within few weeks if nothing bad happens like Decurion Ximenez coming to help us! Keep him away from Del Sol or i'll kill him myself! That's about it hermanos.

No need to be so obnoxious senor Cruz. I do understand that my "musk" isn't quite appreciated by you but you'll have to deal with it. When it come to Ximenez, i guess i can find him some work elsewhere.

I expect every members of the brotherhood to get involved in the current work on PDS. I'll do my part by taking care f the shrine artifacts to the brotherhood vault. You'll find the list of the items which were put in safety.

As you already know, we have some hangars ready and now that it's have been cleaned i can finally show you the final result. I'm mucho mucho proud of me hombres and their good work. Hope you will love what we done. The previous bay, while being bueno is nothing compared to the new one.

We will also need a crew to clear the "basement" so we can eventually install the new energy core. There are alot of locked areas which i can't access with the keys you gave me. I think i've overheard that it require an elder passkey to access. I hope Senor Gutierrez can show up soon with his hombres and clear the deck so we can start dismounting walls and prepare for the update.
