In the realm of interactions with Overwatch, it is more likely that they would lend an ear and cooperate with you rather than with me. Personally, I hold no objections to sharing vital information with them, as there is no place for personal pride when combating the Nomads and their Xenophile allies. It may also serve as a gentle reminder to them that we do not worship the Nomads.
Regarding Pennsylvania, it is imperative that we exercise caution and utilize our own knowledge and connections to compile a comprehensive list of those infected, the Technocrats, and their collaborators. Armed with this information, we can strategically employ the assistance of Bounty Hunters to gradually and systematically eradicate them from the corners of Sirius.
I am more than willing to spend my credits for such purpose.

Fiorella.
You're right. They are more likely to cooperate especially when facing the alien threat. What you did not take into account is that I have some nasty accusations on my back. Apparently "genocide" is one of them. It will take some time before The Overwatch and myself can get along to some degree. Especially with Section 8 still alive and operating on my turf.
As for Pennsylvania. I could try and act as a silent benefactor towards the Zoners using your funds, whilst also enlisting the aid of various independent entities in Liberty to keep the Nomads at bay. The Zoners get something to fight back with while also not being accused of cooperating with illicit organizations. There's no reason Liberty should get more propaganda material out of this.
All of that while we get to put down aliens that try to manipulate this situation to their own benefit.
Is this what you were hinting at, or was I daydreaming again?

Si, you are correct.
Considering the current circumstances in Pennsylvania, it appears prudent for me to adopt a more discreet role, allowing you to take the lead armed with my credits to address any necessary matters in that region. It is imperative to maintain a certain level of detachment between the Zoners and the Outcasts, as their fight for freedom could be compromised by any major financial associations with us.
Nevertheless, I find it perplexing to fathom how an individual, no matter their piloting prowess, can be accused of such a grave offense as genocide simply for engaging in combat with other pilots. It seems that they resort to using harsh rhetoric as a means to motivate their subordinates - unless you have secretly obliterated the planet Akabat all by yourself without deigning to inform me, of course.

Oh I've done a lot of things that I haven't told you of. Some good, some bad. There's no denying that. Truth be told, mass murder without a real end goal isn't on that list. I wouldn't mind dropping a bomb on Akabat, though. Just so I can really deserve the slander.
On to more pressing matters though. If we want to get this ball moving, I'll need some credits to start the production of a few extra hands, per se. I've got my own droids, could use those in fact. Except...they're all on separate assignments, procuring items for a little pet project of mine.
Besides, a modest amount of credits on the side should be useful to motivate the locals to cooperate. Used some of my scratch for this one hunt, but it ain't going to last forever. They're already breeding behind Pennsylvania's walls, you know.
I will drop down a number, let me know if that suits you. 170.000.000.

Typically, I am not one to part with such a significant sum of credits so effortlessly, yet your consistent ability to captivate and deliver exceptional outcomes never fails to amuse me. After all, a true professional deserves nothing less than the finest tools of their trade.
Consider this as a token of my appreciation, Caliban. I am pleasantly surprised at the speed with which you discovered the first infected ship near Erie.
Sender ID: Fiorella Arianna de Marco Recipient ID: Caliban Subject: Your hasty departure Caliban
I must admit, I did not anticipate your departure from the station before I could secure the necessary medical supplies for you. Your dramatic actions have left me somewhat disappointed, although I must acknowledge that many capable men I have encountered exhibit similar tendencies.
Nevertheless, the challenges we face go beyond my personal sentiments, and as such, I have arranged for a shipment of essential medications to be available at Ames, Barrier Gate, and Freeport 11. Additionally, a cargo container containing various Auxesian implants, obtained through my clandestine connections, has been discreetly delivered to Barrier Gate by my intermediaries. Regrettably, these implants are not tailored to suit my kind's physiology, yet they should be more than compatible with a human male of your age if you find yourself in a dire need of replacing a number of your faulty cybernetics. A programmable auto-doc unit is also included for necessary surgeries.
Apart from these provisions and the allocated credits, I can offer no further assistance without extending a direct helping hand. I implore you to take care and remain in one piece, per favore.

You and I both knew that if I stood there any longer things would've turned much worse. Don't think for one second that I wanted any of that to happen, much less cause you harm.
There will come a time when hesitation will no longer be an option. The artifact -- might be the last, decisive move that determines whether I can rid myself of some of His influence.
I have to know whether you are willing to run the risks or walk away safely. You know the stakes now, and so do I.

At long last, I have successfully acquired a much-needed artifact from the Core. Curiously, the Technocrats aboard the ACV Ixion attempted to intercept my vessel's en-route to Yaren. There might be a possibility that they have managed to detect the presence of the artifact and its importance, yet only time will reveal whether this encounter was a mere coincidence or a deliberate pursuit.
For the time being, the artifact remains in its containment field as I cautiously explore methods to attune it to my own mind without severe risks. There is a peculiar resonance that emanates from this enigmatic acquisition, reminiscent of acoustic harmonies that stir within me.
Regarding the sudden appearance of Nomad warforms in Colorado, I seek your insight. The formidable presence of the Liberty Navy and the Order made it considerably more challenging for me to stay around for long - something you do not have to worry about thanks to your independent mercenary persona.
Have you found any explanation for their presence, Caliban?
So you've got the artifact...good. I'll take that as a "yes" to my previous question. Just be careful with that thing. Especially now that He is watching you.
As for Colorado. Yeah, I don't know much on that regard. A concerning amount of Nomads slipped through Liberty's borders and attacked Pueblo. I scored a few kills myself, but that's about it. Best I can do is keep eyes on the situation, but right now I'm stretched thin between guarding Pennsylvania, overseeing holes created by the Sentinels and making sure I don't kick the bucket early.

Are you still yourself, I wonder?
Coming to terms with a psionic artifact akin to the one I obtained from the Core has proven to be a more intricate undertaking than I had initially envisaged.
Cardamine, true to its nature, has proven to be a substance adept at stabilizing and safeguarding my bond with the artifact - if the dose is strong enough, of course. Nevertheless, my proficiency in its manipulation remains somewhat rudimentary, not yet refined enough to undertake precise endeavors such as alleviating your unwelcome visitor at this moment.
