What's the point of registration if it is PVE?

Isn't registration for a event done only to balance out the two opposing teams?

List is not set nor class set of participants, rather it is used to give staff and planners and Idea of the number of participating players

Its for me and staff to gage how many NPC ships to spawn and if we enable Respawn or not

I would say yes since since this is more of an Order mission that Battlegroup Halberd started. Since Order and Navy have been playing nice I think the Order wouldn't mind the back up.

Just don't shoot the insurgents... Zoners, Corsairs... it will allow some major RP interactions given relationships before, during, and after the fight. So why not we do this to have fun and RP!

It's a PvE event, you can't even shoot anyone but NPCs :]
